We were looking for a good bite to so we tried Theodore's after seeing the reviews on Trip Advisor. We were not disappointed! The fried pickles and burnt ends were delectable. We almost ordered some to bring back to our hotel for later. Great beer choices as well.

This is one of the best BBQ places I have been to. It is the "total package" according to my husband. The sides are superb, the ribs, chicken and beef are slow smoked and excellently prepared. Good selection of beers on tap. Football on the large tvs scattered throughout the place. What more could you want? Go with an appetite.

Honest BBQ! This place knows what real BBQ is. The meat is cooked low and slow and can hold its own (but not win) over traditional southern BBQ. The rib meat falls off the bone and is nice an juicy. The pulled pork is OK. The waffle fries are amazing! They taste a lot like Arby's curly fries! We received... More

It was our 1st time in Springfield and we didn't know where to go. Theodore's was recommended by our hotel and we loved it! The atmosphere of this old Blues restaurant is amazing. The decoration and music are really fantastic, the staff very friendly and the menu proposes many different possibilities. Everything that we ordered was excellent. We highly recommend... More

Nice location near area hotels on a downtown Springfield side street. Great atmosphere, friendly service and mouth watering BBQ. Wish I had another night to indulge. Kids (10 and 13) loved it. It's not fancy, it's just darn good.

On our way home from vacation, I was searching the web for a place to stop for dinner not too far from the Mass Pike. Theodore's had some good reviews so we thought we'd try it. FANTASTIC!!! It was a little off the highway but it was SO worth it. My 13- & 17-year-old sons were sold when the waitress... More

The atmosphere was great, the staff was friendly. Our order came incredibly fast and was so good! The prices were very reasonable. I can't say enough good about our experience at Theodore's. I wish I lived close enough to be a regukar there.

On our way back to NY from ME we decided to get off the xpressway for dinner and chose Theodore's based on the reviews. The food was awesome! We took home 3 containers of food as the portions and sides were absolutely filling. Wife and I had the brisket which was extremely tender and delicious. Food came out quick and... More
