You grab a good looking rib, take a big bite, and find you actually have very little to chew on.....a bit like eating good popcorn, one bite is never quite enough ....you think you need to have another bite just like the last... Could you ask for more? Stopped in Springfield on the way to Boston and ate dinner here, as it was close to the Hotel. The area looked sketchy, but don't let it scare you away. The food arrived quickly while we listened to music by Eric French. Made for a great stop.

Had the pulled pork... Tasty with waffle fries that were crispy! They were out of the Burnt Ends... Darn!

We couldn't believe we were north of the mason Dixon line!!! Everything was really great. However the minute you sit down tell them you want the burnt ends! They run out so don't miss out they are fantastic!

Excellent food selection great wait staff & on Thursday pm's they have blues music playing. It's really like an old fashion-charming atmosphere. If you are lucky you can get a table by the window to people watch. Great food, great prices, great service.

There is nothing on the menu for vegetarians or vegans other than fries and fried pickles but before I stopped eating meat I thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ. I recently brought friends who are big BBQ lovers and they raved about it. The Fish Fry is great. They hand dip the fish and it's fresh. They'll make the jambalaya without sausage... More

We go here every so often for ribs and bbq fixins. The food is always on the money and, if we go early, it is nice and quiet and they toddlers in our group are not a problem. I love their chili, but have found that the quality depends on who makes it, which just shouldn't hold true for a... More
