One of the best for Italian food

Usually a long wait for this delicious food but well worth it. Absolutely the best garlic bread in town and the chicken franchise with artichoke was top notch.

After the raves we heard from friends I expected more. Service was slow. My meal came and it was a good 10 minutes before my husband's arrived. I had a special - it was described as pasta with seafood. When it arrived it was Fra Diablo. Too spicy for me. My husband ate it and I had his chicken Parmesan.... More

Penne bolonaise (sp?) is fantastic, and enough to take home for the next day. We were able to sit near the kitchen where it was quieter than the main dining room. Real hometown, neighborhood place with great food and great staff. If you want to be pampered, go somewhere else. If you want a great meal, and aren't in a... More

The restaurant is very small with a bar next to the dinning area. The whole time when we were sitting there, we could barely have any conversation with all the noise around us. The wait was about 45 minutes. The food wasn't as good as I expected based on other reviews. It tastes mostly salt and cheese.

The consistent, fantastic food makes up for the mediocre service. We attend this restaurant 3-6x/year and always have a great meal. Portions are huge! Try the penne typical- the sauce is delicious you won't want to share. We also like the pizzettas, risottos balls & chicken tortellini soup. Get there early for a space at the bar as it's always... Waiter the worst ever. The minute we sat down wanted to take our order...we were waiting for another person. Kept hovering. Finally we felt such pressure to order we did. Food terribly disappointing. Eggplant Parm usually light...cheese not too gooey..delicious. Different chef last night? Heavy, way too much cheese, not hot. Overall disgusting. Took what was left home...a lot...and threw... Fantastic food! Plan on waiting for table, always packed for a reason. They have a signature sauce that is a white sauce that is out of this world!! Specials are awesome as well. If you get opportunity to eat at bar do it. Service will be great and you won't have to wait as long. The Marsala sauce is also... More

Management and staff very rude to customers. They believe that because they're family owned that they can treat the customer very rudely not responding to the customers needs. They believe they can cook food any which way and not to the customer's liking. They response to complaints about undercooked pasta by saying "that's the way we make it" and stick... More

My husband and I have wanted to dine here for quite some time. We were lucky enough to finally go this past summer. It's a tiny little place- beautiful inside. We went on a Friday night and were seated right away. We went a bit early. It seemed to pick up shortly after we arrived, so we lucked out. Our... More

Really good food in an unpretentious setting. The portions are large enough for two, but the food is so good you will not want to share. Their sauces are fresh and full of flavor yet not heavy. My favorites are the veal and the eggplant parmesan.
