HORRIBLE FOOD!! The "salsa" was taco sauce out of a bottle. The "seafood" burrito was canned shrimp & imitation crab warmed up & placed in an uncooked tortilla, no seasoning or sauce. The spanish rice was bland. The chicken enchiladas were flavorless as well!! The beans were kidney beans out of a can! Anyone who says that this is a... More

Actually I wouldn't feed that to my dog. Or my neighbors dog, that would be animal cruelty, even though their annoying and bark all night, they STILL don't deserve that cruelty.

Mindi's has been here probably 20 years. Nothing fancy just simple "american" mexican food. So if you’re looking for "authentic classic" Mexican or South American food pass Mindi's up, get off the 211 bypass and take 211 Business into town to Ranchero Mexican Restaurant. Mindi’s is a great little side of the road place with the standard Mexican dishes and... More

Did not meet expectations whatsoever! Some friends and I dined at Mindis and nobody was impressed. The atmosphere/conditions: The facility was very run down and has seen better days. The quality and flavor of the food and authenticity, very poor. I could have purchased the stuff and made all the dishes better myself. Examples, when I asked about the beef... More

I'd heard about Mindi's so decided to try it. I was a little disappointed with the food. It seems to me there are much better Mexican restaurants in the area. Prices were fine but the food was just okay. I might try it again just in case I caught them on an off night.

Been past here many times, never stopped because of timing. Finally decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. I had white cheese dip (with jalapenos added) as appetizer. Then had a California burrito, not greasy, tasted great. To top it off had homemade strawberry pie, while not Mexican, who cares cause it was a great desert! Dealt... More

So it is not the prettiest girl out there. I was really surprised by just how good the food was. I look forward to coming back again!

This is not a Mexican restaurant. It is a place trying to be. The food was basically homemade attempts at Mexican food. My tostada was made of greay meat and canned beans on a big corn totilla. My husband had nachos that were super greasy and were nothing you wouldn't find at a county fair. If you want real Mexican... More

The restaurant doesn't look terribly impressive from the outside, but my wife is vegan/vegetarian whenever she gets the chance, so we thought mexican was the best bet in the area. We were very pleasantly surprised with Mindi's. Our waiter was very friendly, offered some good suggestions, and even came back to our table with a vegetarian suggestion that had just... More

The waiter, Mindi's son, was friendly, extremely helpful and courteous. His suggestions were right on, and not from a profit viewpoint. I fell in love with the California burrito and my girlfriend says the taco salad is the best she's had. Tuesday night taco's were surprisingly full, not scaled back as would be typical for a night special. ( the... More
