Food was excellent, prices were good, and portions were generous. The shrimp fajita came with plentiful, plump shrimp and the trimmings; carne asada was good though pounded steak as is typical in Mexican restaurants; the only dissapointment was the beans were the usuall refried mush rather than charro beans; the fried ice cream was huge and delicious. Seats were worn... More

Food was very good with nice presenation. We had a few drinks and had to wait awhile as if we were being ignored; staff didn't communicate well apparently.

We had to wait for a table on a Sunday night - busy tourist season I guess. Staff was great, prices were cheap and food was good.

We heard about the Ranchero all the way down in Florida, of all places, so when we went to Luray we had to give it a chance. So glad we did. Service with a sincere smile, food tasty and good, quantity more than adequate to satisfy, and a price better than fair all added up to a good lunch decision... More

Food not very good & service poor. We were there around 8p on a Monday night. Maybe they were trying to close. Staff started cleaning part of restaurant with industrial strength cleaner while we were eating. Will not return.

Large selection of Mexican choices, all with generous portions at bargain prices. A good variety of beers as well. I love their unique white "salsa" for chips/nachos.

We were skeptical about a Mexican restaurant in Luray. We were pleasently surprised. this place stacked up with the best back home. The Quesadilla were really good and the seafood fresh. Visited them twice while in Luray

The portions were a good size, I will say that. As far as Mexican food goes, it was what you would expect. Nothing out of the ordinary but fair in price. A good find in a small town like Luray.

A little Mexican restaurant located in a former McDonald's in the village of Luray, Virginia. The food was pretty good. The service was excellent. Had the steak tacos, which was a very good meal. Would certainly eat here again whenever we are in the area.
