The food was great, but a little over-priced. The availability of local beers & wines was fantastic. I'd visit again.

We picked this restaurant because it was highly rated on TA, and weren't disappointed. The staff was great and you could tell they work together as a team. Very friendly and patient with questions. The food was exceptional and the peanut butter pie for dessert made my night. I will definitely make this a must-go next time I'm in Luray.

The food here is good, but the service we had was absolutely terrible. We had an older lady as our server and she was very rude and made our dining experience awful. The look on her face made it apparent she did not want to be there. Definitely lack of management here. Management needs to hire more professional employees and train... More

Had high expectations and was a little disappointed. It may be that I could have made a better choise on the menu.

Stopped here on a trip to Shenandoah. The food was excellent. My husband and I both agreed that is was the best meal we had in VA. I had a chicken sandwich with chili-lime mayo and sweet potato fries - wonderful. There are two levels of restaurant even though it appears small from the outside. Prices weren't bad either.

After a day enjoying Shenandoah Park, Donna from Woodruff House recommended this place for dinner, what a nice spot. Our server was exceptionally pleasant and very helpful with suggestions. Although we only ended up getting sandwiches, they were not your typical boring sandwiches - they even had a good gluten free bread & the cole slaw was great. Everything was... More

Just ate there. We were put at a table next to the door,. All the take out traffic, door opening made this freezing. We asked about another table, having seen a half empty floor upstairs, and were told sorry. OK so they had bookings so we toughed it out. Minutes later a walk-in group of 3 were seated immediately. Shortly... More

We are deeply apologetic for your recent unhappy experience at Artisans Grill. Your experience was due in part to the unexpected absence of two waitstaff employees, leaving the restaurant very understaffed on a busy Sunday in October. Although that is definitely no excuse, we hope that you might consider giving us another try, to show you the hospitality and quality... More

I suggest the table on the upper level in the corner overlooking the street. It was a perfect dinner with great views.

Went to Luray Caverns then went to eat at Artisans. Great variety on the menu to meet all of our interests. Waiter was very nice and efficient. All of out meals were excellent and price was very reasonable. If in the area again would definitely eat there. I highly recommend it.
