Not quite average, but not poor. We've been here on a few occasions because we live close by and they have breakfast all day. Food is better when business is slow. When they're busy, food and service suffer, and they offer no apologies or concern for either, which is as annoying as bad food and service. Maybe we'll go back... More

We stopped here after the caverns for lunch! Nice variety of menu options, we were quickly seated, and the service was average. We had a party of seven, including two kids (age three) and the food took a long time over 30 minutes- thank god for crayons. There were other families that showed they were waiting just as long as... More

This is a main street diner experience. We ordered fried green tomatoes, bacon cheddar fries and buffalo wings with Uncle Buck's sauce. Everything was very good. The sweet tea was exactly what southern sweet tea should taste like. Definitely a must visit!

This is a nice little local bar but our dinner left a lot to be desired. I ordered my steak medium rare but it came out well done. To be fair, the prime rib was very good. Service is very slow so make sure you plan enough time if you visit. I've heard that they are better for sandwiches so... More

We came for breakfast and the food was great. Kids menu and a child friendly environment. Staff was friendly. Restaurant, including bathrooms, were clean. If you buy one of the T-shirts, it has a map of town on the back of it. Budget friendly menu.

We are lunch here and enjoyed it. We ordered the mushroom burger and the fish fry. Both were of great quality and taste for a decent price. The French fries were unbelievably good, and the side salad was also better than what we've found at other restaurants. The only drawback to the place was its dated decor. But, in spite... More

Although clean and quick, the food wasn't what we had hoped. The sausage gravy had hardly any sausage and was too peppery and the corned beef hash was half cooked sliced potatoes and bits of corned beef thrown on top. Not true southern cooking like we had at other local restaurants.
