About the only place open. Half the food was sold out. What came was not good. Ordered brisket, was not smoked. Tasted like a baked roast with barbecue sauce on it, beans tasted like can. Smoked chicken was black and burned

We visited this restaraunt after a family trip to the caverns. The kids were hungry for lunch and we stopped at the purple... Something first. He was super nice and honest. Even though it didn't appear to be busy- he said his kitchen was backed up and it would be 45 min. He recommended two other places down the road.... More

We walked in and were told that the wait was 45 mins. We sat down to wait. Only 30 secs later they sat us down, only to say that the kitchen was the one backed up 45 mins. Great. I asked for a kids menu so I could color and pass the time. Our waitress refused me. It was dirty... More

We dined at Uncle Buck's three times in two days because it was delicious and the service was extremely friendly. You might wait awhile if it's busy, but this is a great place to go if you're not in a hurry. Great place to stop before or after going to the theater across the street or after visiting Luray Caverns.

We ate here for breakfast & it was about what I expected from the reviews. Omelet & potatoes were good...biscuits, grits & pancakes were kinda bland. I would consider it roughly on par with a Waffle House.

Went here to grab a bite and a few beers after Page County Heritage Festival. Service started out ok. Would've been happier waiting on the mediocre food if drinks were replenished. Checks weren't added correctly only because we had to get our own beers from bar and pay for them, but the waitress put them on our bill ( lack... More

Buck's has solid food but we were there when the kitchen was overwhelmed and we were there 30 minutes longer than expected. I would say that people dining here should focus on southern fare.

With a motorcycle group visiting Skyline Drive. We stayed at the Hillside Motel and they recommended Uncle Bucks, plus we read other good reviews online of the restaurant. We made reservations so they knew we were coming but we still waited over an hour for our food. Staff was very friendly and the waitress was great, but we still waited... More

That's all you need to know. Prime Rib was awesome! We stayed at the Inn close by so this place was very easy to get to. We ate there twice while in town. Service was lacking but food was great.
