Stopped here on the way to Sequoia Ntl to purchase sandwiches before heading to the park. The woman who took our order was very accommodating and even changed some ingredients on our sandwhiches to satisfy our picky boys. Service was fast and the sandwiches held up just fine when we finally ate them hours later. Did not eat the pastries... More

We stopped here twice on our recent trip to the parks. The first was to pick up some sandwiches to go, the second to have breakfast. The sandwiches were OK, nothing special but the meat was plentiful and good, some of the fruit was a little overripe. The second time we stopped for breakfast and seated ourselves, we waited over... This little restaurant-bakery was a nice surprise. Actually, it's not so little, it just seems that way from the outside. Our first morning in Three Rivers we picked up some great muffins to eat while we waited for the road to open to the park. Second day, we had breakfast there. It opens at 7:00, and there was a line... More

This is a nice place for breakfast, I had a tasty omelet and my boyfriend had a country-style breakfast. We ate outside and it was very pleasant. Minus one point because I never got the toast that came with my omelette! It was ok since I don't eat much, but it's an indication that their service needs improvement. Although the... More

We visited in October 2010, my teenage son and I. After finding no food worth eating at the Gateway Lodge, late the previous evening, we were starving. We left the Gateway and checked in to the Comfort Inn in Three Rivers. This was fine, but the breakfast at the Comfort Inn was not wholesome. Before spending the day in Sequoia... More

I picked this restaurant for my birthday in beautiful Three Rivers, because of the recommendations on Trip Advisor. It is a rustic place. The food is very good. On the music intercom, they play XM Satelite radio..... The waitress was very nice. The price was reasonable.

From the second we walked in, we were greeted by warm welcoming smiles & service. At first I thought the food was alittle on the pricey side, but after eating my meal I soon realized I got what I had payed 4, & left the place full & satisfied. Only draw back- the flies. I recommend eating inside.

nice country-style setting--great country style breakfasts; had homebaked cinnamon roll -- was very pleased sitting in backroom adjoining the patio

We were hungry and opted to drive back into town for breakfast vs. just going into the national park with munching on what we had in our room. The breakfast was decent. Nothing spectacular. My husband got the country breakfast with the sausage gravy and biscuit and said his biscuit was pretty dry. The portion was good sized, and the... More

I guess we should have eaten breakfast here - seems to get a lot of raves. Unfortunately, we had dinner. I can't remember the last time I had a meal as bad as this! The salmon was so overcooked it was difficult to cut, even with a knife. The "mashed" potatoes were big lumps - actually it was kind of... More
