Below average at Best

The pizza here is just average at best. More like a bar pie, not like a real Italian pizza, that you would think you would get by looking at the building. The pasta is even worse, the gravy must be out of cans. Kids like this place probably because of the leaning tower out front and they sometimes... read more

The food isn't bad but it's not much more than a regular pizza shop and the spacing is a bit overcrowded. You put in your order and then staff bring it over so long as you can hear them and acknowledge that your name was called. The salad bar is just sad.

My first experience was when I attended Johnson & Wales Univ. When a friend and classmate who worked there, took me there for dinner, introduced me to the owners. The food was superb, by far the best I ever had. I met Steve who gave me a job that same night. This family was so kind and treated me like... More

I have been going here since I was 5 back in 1961 and they were just a small restaurant starting out. Even though over the years they have expanded the quality of the food has never changed. It is by far hands down the best Pizza anywhere. I have been in the military and traveled and lived in countless places... More

Prince pizza has been around for years and is known by its famous leaning tower of pizza sign. The restaurant has come down over the years. The pizza is still great but the owner is a grump!! He usually presides over the counter when you go in to order. He drives customers away. The luncheon I buffet is a good... More

Prince is one of our regular spots because it is convenient and consistent. My husband and I usually sit at the bar, which is far enough removed from the tables that you don't have to deal with any crowds (frequently the place is packed). Staff is very attentive and incredibly friendly. We love the meatballs. You can order them per... More

I have been going to The Prince Restaurant for a good 45 years. While other restaurants along Route 1 have come and gone, the Prince has kept good times going for well over 50 years. Now I return often with my own kids. It is always a good time and here's why: No waitstaff to contend with. Simply order at... More

This restaurant has been around for decades. My mother grew up eating here. Now fast forward to 2014. I really enjoyed eating here, Great pizza! It offers a buffet as well as traditional Italian favorites. It also offers "Giggles" Comedy Club. You can takeout your favorite dish! Next time your driving down Route 1 in Saugus look for the Leaning... More
