Good food, romantic, expensive. We went on our 51st wedding anniversary and my wife loved it. I will make this an annual visit.

We dined here on Christmas Eve and it was wonderful , fabulous seafood tower, really great shrimp. It was pricey but for a special occasion it was worth it! We had a really great waitress and we were accommodated in the bar which was our request. I am only giving it 4 stars because of the price and wine spilled... More

There are some very good dishes here like the seafood tower, dry ice martini, and side dishes. However, we have been here several times and the steaks have been a disappointment. Therefore, I would recommend for a special occasion but there are better restaurants in Thousand Oaks if you want an all around good dinner.

Being a huge fan of Mastro's in pains me to write this. Went and ordered the rack of lamb $48.00 if I remember correct. It came out as always VERY VERY hot. After it was dropped off it was way to hot to eat at that time (Not a bad thing). But my waiter came back by in about 2... More

Really great food and service, the same as any Mastro's. The price limits dining there to special occasions and expense accounts.

We were treated to dinner at Mastro's and I cannot see why anyone would go there. Atmosphere is noisy, the steak was the worst I have ever had and the broccoli side was steamed, plain, no topping or other nuance. I would have sent the steak back if we were not guests of someone else and I will never eat... More

Love the steaks, gorgonzola mac & cheese and cream corn. I love that when you have a special event, they give you a huge slice of cake (free) with a congratulatory note written in chocolate on the plate. Lastly, you can't go wrong with a seafood tower! A little pricey for the family. I would suggest leaving the kids at... More

This upscale steakhouse is located right across the street from the performing arts center of thousand oaks. What they do with steaks here is an art form unto itself. They pour a nice glass of wine and make a great martini. ( cabs are easy to get here to make your way home and the valets make it easy to... More

They make very creative and tasty drinks. The ambiance is the best you can hope for in Ventura county. The food is excellent. I esp enjoyed the lobster and the caesar salad (which is LRG enough to share for 2). Nice wine list. Fun place to go. It doesn't have quite the cache that the BH location has (nor the... More

everything else was good but not great. probably should have shared an entree, as this was the first time in my life I couldn't eat all of my steak. side dishes are served family style, big enough to share, and were good but nothing special.
