Do not go here if you want a fancy meal. This is a no nonsense diner type of place serving tasty breakfast. Do not expect some empty headed waitress "Hi my name is Candi, with an I, would you like a fufu mocha loca macho venti". Nope, they serve good old basics.

I am a regular, three times a week or more, early and late. The food is always appetizing, well prepared and tasty, from a Caesar Salad and burger to breakfast at 8PM to a splendid three meat Torta. Luis, Juan, Sam and the team really do a great job of attempting to please everyone every time. And they succeed,

they should call it harolds house of crummy omelets . some big top hat of eggs over some indifferent filling . the seats and table tops need to steam cleaned , or thrown away . if you have no choice , go , but don't get an omelet . but if you have a choice , go somewhere else. anywhere

We recently stayed near 1000 Oaks CA and found Harold's and we had two great meals there! Founded in 1961 they have past the test of time and have all the elements in place! We first went in for Breakfast on a Sunday morning, short wait because it was full! It's not too difficult to prepare breakfast well but so... More

Not only does Harold's offer one of the best menu selections around, with generous portions, but the staff have always, without fail, been friendly, helpful and cheerful. We go to the one in Simi Valley, at Cochran and Sycamore.

Love the breakfast at Harold's. They have a large menu selection but everything we have tried has been tasty. The omelettes are so tasty and huge! Breakfast burritos are excellent and again, huge! Great value for your money. Very informal, you write your name on a list and they call you once your table is ready. Parking is a bit... More

Authentic Mexican food that was really good! We got the recommendation from my dr office & enjoyed breakfast/brunch there all 3 mornings of our vacation! We enjoyed the patio area which allowed us to bring our little dogs. Be prepared....the portions are large! So, you definitely get your money's worth!! We'll go back again on our next trip! NUMMY!

Huge omelettes, big enough to be full and take home extra. The parking situation is difficult most of the time, but its breakfast service is as good as anyone in the area, with the possible exception of eggs and things.

I love breakfast at Harold's ( preferably at odd hours, to avoid the crowds / wait). Parking is in a limited little strip of pavement just in front..otherwise- best of luck on the street). However, it is just the BEST breakfast place around. There are a gazillion omelette choices....although, the Mexican items remain the high-point on the menu for me.... More
