Harold's is an old fashioned restaurant that has large servings of almost every omelette you can think of (my brother and I split an omelette and it was plenty of food). The price is reasonable for the food you get

Harold's has been in Thousand Oaks forever. Thousand Oaks was incorporated as a city in 1964 and Harold's predates it by 3 years. They have the best omelets in town and they are available all day. For lunch and dinner, their Mexican entrees are quite good. They used to have pastas that were my go to items for dinner but... More

While on a return visit toThousand Oaks for a college football game, we wanted to try a different restaurant for breakfast. We found Harold's Waffle House while scanning Trip Advisor. So glad we did, because we found the food as good, if not better then the other local breakfast restaurant. We each tried the crepes. They were generous in size... More

On second thought, don't tell Guy about this hidden gem, let's keep it to ourselves. If you are a breakfast lover, don't miss this local landmark!! Not your ordinary omelette, Harolds makes them like no other! Huge, fluffy eggs with delicious fresh ingredients. Go for a late breakfast because you won't need to eat lunch afterwards. The restaurant is clean,... More

Huge omelette the size of your plate, but the best food item has to be their blueberry hotcakes. This thing is huge just like the omelette and it's absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

Harold's has been here forever and the only change has been a small expansion. Huge breakfasts, the best breakfast around, nice service and reasonable prices.

Do not go here if you want a fancy meal. This is a no nonsense diner type of place serving tasty breakfast. Do not expect some empty headed waitress "Hi my name is Candi, with an I, would you like a fufu mocha loca macho venti". Nope, they serve good old basics.

I am a regular, three times a week or more, early and late. The food is always appetizing, well prepared and tasty, from a Caesar Salad and burger to breakfast at 8PM to a splendid three meat Torta. Luis, Juan, Sam and the team really do a great job of attempting to please everyone every time. And they succeed,

they should call it harolds house of crummy omelets . some big top hat of eggs over some indifferent filling . the seats and table tops need to steam cleaned , or thrown away . if you have no choice , go , but don't get an omelet . but if you have a choice , go somewhere else. anywhere
