Great breakfast spot

Lots of choices from eggs to omelets to crepes and pancakes. Relaxed atmosphere with many regulars. Just enjoy your food, read the papers and slow down.

I was near by and saw the place and was in the mood for some breakfast. I liked the place and the food was outstanding. The menu is almost too long to make the right choice but the staff was helpful and told me the local favorites. The omelette was delicious and if anything it was just way to big.... More

I have to start by saying, I've driven past this place a thousands times and never noticed it! What a pleasant surprise. Unbelievable breakfast! Omelet was exceptional and the pancakes where cooked to perfection. Coffee was a little on the weak side. Highly recommend this place for breakfast.

Good breakfast stop but sometimes has a wait. Parking can be a problem on the weekends but you can find a spot on T.O. Blvd. Restaurant is kind of small and dated, but they get it. Good breakfast eats and worth the stop. They actually come by the tables and refill the coffee! It's a small mom and pop that... More

The only bad thing about this place is the menu is so extensive and everything sounds so good. There are 51 different omelets and then an extensive breakfast menu beyond that! We had eggs benedict, a chorizo omelet and blueberry hotcakes at our table and everyone was happy and stuffed when we left. Great prices. Great service. This is a... More

Went here for breakfast for the first time and was amazed at the menu selection as well as to how good the food was. Everything was fresh and prepared well. Everything from eggs to burritos and more. Waiter was ok. The place needs a little updating, but its the food you come for and not the decor and you get... More

We moved from Moorpark to the OC 14 years ago, so imagine my delight when, on a water polo tournament trip with my 17-year-old daughter, I found that Harold's was still open and serving the best omelettes in SoCal. My daughter was amazed that they had what seemed like 50 different omelette options, each looking more delicious than the last.... More

We really enjoyed our breakfast today! I had the chili egg white omelette, my wife had the spinach and cheese. My son had the grilled cheese which he loved. We would definitely come back.

I've lived in Thousand Oaks since 1988, and I love breakfast...so why did it take me so long to dine at Harold's?! Who knows. At any rate, I had one of their "famous" Omelettes. It was huge, as others noted. And it was very tasty. And it you really want to go to a breakfast "joint"--then this is probably the... More

One of the old places in Thousand Oaks. the one on TO blvd by the Magic Planet has been there for ever. Truck Stop type atmosphere, more food than you can eat - always a take a way bag.
