This restaurant has closed and a new one is being built in its place. Old timers will remember its where DuPar's was. They really did the tapas / small plate concept wrong. It can work if the small plates aren't so small that they can't be shared. I'm looking forward to trying the new restaurant that will be in there.

We first tasted this restaurants tapas at a wine and food festival in Malibu and hadn't heard of it. Since we live close to the place, we decided to check out the happy hour deals. It turned out they had another deal going on that was even better than the happy hour deal. But...besides being reasonably priced, the food is... More

They have a list of about 15 tapas. Cheese plate and hummus were both really good. Nice wine list. Happy hour specials run until 7P. Out of squash blossoms because they are out of season, which says something good about the kitchen in my book. Good place for that. Good for couples or a group of friends. Its in a... More

This was my first visit to this restaurant. Other reviews I've read are mostly accurate. Housed in what was originally - decades ago - a Howard Johnson's, It is a large restaurant with ample parking. The interior decor was uneven. trendy in some places and looking more like a diner in others. The painted concrete floor really doesn't look right.... More

We decided to get away from the city and stayed at the Thousand Oaks Inn hotel for a quick get-away with the kids (got a really nice corner suite - clean and spacious). Picked up dinner from TOI and was mighty impressed. Ordered too much because we couldn't decide from looking at the yummy menu: beets, ahi taco, ceviche, philly... More

Worst service I have ever had! The food was ok but we waited over 35 min. To get our bill. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

What a fun find this was! The restaurant is located adjacent to the lobby space of the hotel I stayed at on a recent trip. The menu is very creative. Making an entré choice is challenging when everything looks so good. The staff is superb at TOI Tapas Bar. Everyone is very friendly, cordial and welcoming. I highly recommend the... More

My husband and I along with another couple ate here and it was wonderful! Great bar atomosphere. We had 4 appetizers, two pizzas and two bottles of wine and our bill was only $100.00 for all 4 of us. The food was quite good. The satay and taco appetizers were divine!! Enjoy! Great place to just stop by and hang... More
