A Nice Surprise

I had passed this restaurant several and refused to go because I did not want "hotdogs". What a surprise when I found out that this was a good place to dine(no hotdogs). The food was very good. I noticed on my next visit that at times there is a great deal of annoying noise. Would go again during... read more

a well rounded menu with reasonable prices. Can be a bit noisy and parking can be a challenge at dinner time. Lovely outside patio for owners of dogs.

My husband and I visited after shopping at the mall. The cafe was very busy and the staff was working hard. They did a nice job and the menu is huge. The food quality just seemed average for the price we paid. We may try it again in the future but not sure.

We have lived in Thousand Oaks for 4 months and have never even heard of this place. We will be regulars here for sure. The GM brought us an appetizer and was able to answer some questions about the decor. The story was great. This place is a must.

I enjoy every appetizer, meal and dessert I have ever had at the DOG! Great selection of food and great prices. My grand dog loves coming to eat there as well. She loves the chicken and rice.

The servers were all friendly, but the food was disappointing. I had fish tacos and they were boring and not particularly flavorful. The prices for a glass of wine were reasonable, but the wine wasn't that great.

We have stopped at this restaurant two times now on our way back home from Los Angeles. The atmosphere is tops....they have music playing, but it's not so loud and overbearing as we have experienced in other restaurants. The staff is super friendly, the food is fantastic, and the drinks are SO GOOD! The Philly Cheesesteak Dip Sandwich is TO... More

Always get a good meal when here. Seating on the patio is our favorite, especially when the fire is going. They serve great drinks and food. My husband and I like the wing sauce and get chicken tossed in this sauce. Also the Ahi Poke is delicious. As a side they allow dogs on the patio and you can order... More

We love the Lazy Dog because of their large and eclectic menu - there is something for everyone here and we bring newbies and out of towners without reservation. I love their pesto chicken and hummus salad - I order it frequently. They use to burn my chicken - which is a no no - but the last two times... More
