Bouche Bistro is just what I was looking for in a Santa Fe restaurant. New to the area, I stumbled upon Bouche quite by accident. Located off the beaten path, this restaurant is well worth a visit. I arrived without reservations in hope they might have a bar at which I could sit and eat. I was seated at the... More

SO impressive all around. Charles Dale has done a remarkable job mixing top notch cuisine and superb wines with a comfortable yet elegant atmosphere and excellent service. Dinner starts with complimentary crunchy cheese balls. Dare you not to finish the basket. I had the bouillabaisse which was the fish of the day. It included red snapper, mussels, shrimp and calamari... More

Bouche puts it all together nicely. The interior space, including a long, high table overlooking the open kitchen, is charming without pretence. Seating is comfortable, and noise levels are just about perfect for conversation. The outside seating (covered) is as large as the indoor space and would be a nice option for dinners. Our group rated the service staff as... More

This seems to be the only really French restaurant in Santa Fe and we loved it. Interesting menu, great service and a terrific wine list.

Bouche Bistro is a jewel! My husband, son and I sat outside and loved the friendly, casual atmosphere. All of the dishes we tried were simply sublime! The vegetables that accompanied the Barramundi were picked from the Chef's garden that morning and added to the amazing flavor of the dish. The ratatouille ravioli was truly superb. Chef Charles Dale has... More

My husband and I celebrated his birthday with a trip to Santa Fe and selected Bouche among other restaurants during our stay. When we arrived we were cordially seated inside but the hostess returned quickly to advise that she had just noticed that it was a special occasion and lead us to a lovely table on the outdoor patio which... We arrived a bit early, and rather than wait, we opted to sit at the "community" table with a view of the kitchen. It was fascinating, and a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We shared the tuna carpaccio, then the heirloom tomato salad, and the fish of the day, served with vegetables in a light broth. Fabulous - we can't wait to... More

Our first time here and we loved it! The food and service were excellent and the decor charming. The menu is very French so if you love French food, this is the place to dine. Excellent wine list with many French choices, of course.

I was part of a group of 8 who recently enjoyed a lovely dinner outdoors at Bouche Bistro. I ordered a trio of appetizers in order to enjoy several things that looked delicious. The food did not disappoint and was only exceeded by the profiterole for dessert! After supper I noticed that I had a couple small spots of tomato... More
