Great small plate restaurant

I liked the small plates with a Spanish touch, the friendly service, and the easy walk from the Plaza. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality of the bread. A nice crusty bread would greatly enhance the Tapas Trio! A delicious variation on classics with abundant flavors. I said... read more

Where do I begin? Everything was exactly right when we went for lunch on a Sunday. Love the atmosphere - relaxed, inviting, intimate. The food was perfection - from the beet gazpacho, to the single serving of paella, to the simple but delicious dessert trio of strawberries and cream, shortbread, and melt-in-your-mouth dark chocolate. We will go back! Wish we... More

We enjoyed the artichoke, Brussels sprouts, flank steak and garlic shrimp. All excellent. Wonderful service and fabulous wine list.

The surprises never end here, I regret having to ever leave the warm welcoming environment and cannot wait to return for more! ABsolutley delicious Tapas menu! Exquisite creations of delicious food art on a plate. Service with a smile :)

La Boca is a tapas style restaurant. As such, it's great to share a few plates and try several things. We had the Bruschetta and the Fried Brussel Sprouts. Both were simply amazing! I wish I had more time to order more plates. Highly recommended.

I wish we hadn't been walking down Marcy St. off the plaza so we wouldn't have seen this place. Since my son and his wife's 3 year old daughter was along, they wanted to try La Boca so they could share with their little girl. I want this restaurant to know that it doesn't matter how good your food is... More

Lovely small, romantic and tucked away on Marcy Street. Fabulous tapas and pallella...Have eaten here tow times, now. It delivers every time. Staff is knowledgeable about wine too. The Spanish guitar is a lovely touch..live music.

Met some friends for dinner. Decent atmosphere. We shared 4 tapas and split a paella. tapas were all good: soft shell crab, tacos, short ribs and chicken skewer. Difficult to split in 4 but we managed. Paella was also good although lacked the traditional soccarat on the bottom of the pan. Split a few desserts which were excellent. Decent wine... More

The tapas were fabulous! We ordered the Tapas 4 Vegetarian and were not disappointed! Our favorite was the grilled artichokes but the humus was a very close runner up. The iced tea was also excellent. I'm so used to getting a watered down tea in most restaurants but this one was great. It had a bold but not bitter taste.... More

We were able to get a reservation without difficulties, The offerings that night were varied and food was excellent. We ordered several tapas plates. Great wine selection. The dessert (a gateau) was very good. The service was great. They had a singer/guitarist the night we were there and it made the experience better.
