As always, the food is very good and service is excellent. We enjoy watching the bakers do their thing.

Heard about this on a food network show, and came for lunch when traveling through the city. It was difficult to find, but worth it. The food was really good, one of the best sandwiches I've had (ham, brie, carmelized apples) and tasty hot chocolate. My travel companion enjoyed a soup and a half sandwich combination. The setting was fun,... More

The food is delish! We were seated where we could watch the bakers through a glass wall. My friend also enjoyed coffee which she said was a great cup of coffee. We purchased coffee ground and other goodies to take home & share!

Arrived late morning on Labor Day for breakfast. There was a considerable wait considering that seating is limited and there were a lot of people wanting to eat. We weren't in a rush and waited. It was definitely worth it. The food was wonderful! I ordered the Country Breakfast with Applewood Smoked bacon and sourdough toast. I normally eat my... More

The dining room is very small. The american breakfast was horrible. Bland boiled potatoes, plain eggs, weird tasting sausage links, but the worst part was the extremely strong, charred coffee that took a whole (small serving) container of half and half to try and drink. People like this place I'm sure because of the pastries which we don't eat. Needless... More

We always come here for breakfast (and sometimes lunch) while visiting Santa Fe. This time we brought friends and they wanted to come back a second time. Standouts included: quiche, migas, and banana pancakes. Everything was prepared fresh and was really delicious. We also enjoyed watching the dough masters fashion all sorts of baked goods. Parking is better than it... More

While the chocolate pastries are amazing, we decided to branch out and try lunch there. Good decision! The lunch menu is huge (The breakfast menu looked great too!) and the dishes were well prepared and very satisfying. We had the smoked salmon on bialy, the Galisteo grilled chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo, and a small plate of their skillet potatoes.... More

I have had lunch here and breakfast. I was not disappointed with either, but the breakfast was memorable. The Santa Fe Tofu Scramble is amazing; in fact just thinking about it is making my mouth water. The desserts that I've tried have all been delicious, which is what you should expect from a place with chocolate in its name. The... More

Couldn't do breakfast, but we swung back to try their croissants, they were sad and dry. We purchased their poppy lemon cookie, sugar cookie and peanut butter cookie, sad and dry! I also purchased their brownies for later that day, they were packaged in a plastic seal, but when opened, they also were sad and dry! Based on those experiences,... More
