One of the best breakfast places ever from New Mexican to sweet traditional breakfasts. The raspberry french toast is to die for as is the pastries. more

While on vacation in Santa Fe in July we tracked down this wonderful spot after hearing about it on Giada's show. What a find. Our first visit was for lunch. We arrived past the lunch time rush and were thrilled to be seated at a window table where we could watch the bakers work. Those pies and turnovers were turned... more

I went for lunch, dinner and brunch and for takeout I brought hot chocolate and cookies. I found the food to be very good except for dinner. I had chicken with roast potatoes ($19); the chicken was excellent, the potatoes had not been cooked all the way thru and were hard. So avoid dinner. I thought the service was very... more

Recently visited for breakfast. I am in no way, shape, or form prude, but this was definitely "on the other side of the tracks" near a Coca Cola Bottling company warehouse. Food was good, service stunk! 15 minutes for an egg burrito to come out when there were only about 5 patrons in the entire place? The workers seem unpolished... more

Wow dinner at the Maven? I had to try it because I am in love with everyone there as well as the food. Simply put, it was amazing! The service was outstanding, my server and food runner were wonderful. They made me feel important, and that made my evening alone. As I sat at my table wondering what the food... more

For breakfast, the three of us ordered huevo ranchero, egg benedict, almond croissant, coffee, mayan hot chocolate, and Italian hot chocolate. The food was ok, not great. The poached eggs on the benedict were made with one of those little round poachers, not free form. The pan fried potatoes were dry and hard. The huevo ranchero seemed tasty enough but... more

This restaurant is set in a warehouse next to a garage but they have transformed it into a cozy wonderful restaurant. It is a full service bakery and cafe. Absolutely the best bakery products! The food for breakfast and lunch is wonderful-fresh, healthy and tasty. They told us when we there in May 2009 that they will be opening soon... more

We had a wonderful meal today at the Chocolate Maven. It was so fresh and delicious and pretty on the table. I would compare this to a meal I would expect at a much more expensive restaurant. Actually better than a lot of fancy expensive places. The service was excellent. I had an amazing goat cheese and shallot salad which... more
