We stopped here as it was near our hotel. Initial impression was excellent. Fancy cars in the parking lot and a nice looking building (at night). We were unsure if we were dressed appropriately. Once inside things changed. Appearance was great. My chair was wobbly, no big deal. We were seated right by the kitchen. This table was awfully drafty... More

We arrived on time for our reservations on a cool evening. Luckily there was room inside the large family restaurant, but the patio certainly looked lovely. We enjoyed the promised guacamole provided in nanoseconds at the table and the tortilla chips were great. A variety of traditional entrées were well-proportioned and served quickly. I loved the green chili pork stew,... More

Located outside of Santa Fe near the Hilton hotels at the Buffalo Thunder resort. Has a very nice large outdoor patio which on a beautiful Santa Fe evening is really enjoyable. Food was good with the typical Southwestern favorites.

I had the tortilla soup. It wasn't good and it wasn't hot. We had the guacamole prepared at the table which was really tasty but not so much of a show. Our server whipped it up in about 1 minute. My husband had the seafood fajitas and they were quite good. My brother had enchiladas and he was disappointed because... More

They make it table side and it is delicious. The silver coin margaritas are terrific. The food is more than acceptable

The service here was awful. We thought the waiter must have tables inside and out, and couldn't take care of either. The tortillas soup was bad, and that' hard to mess up. We are locals, and don't see why it's popular, other that the guacamole. The worst thing was the margaritas are made in old fashioned champagne glasses, so you... More

There is nothing but heaven at this place! I had the chili rellenos and my husband had crab enchiladas. We got there close to closing time, but were treated extremely well. Our waiter, Victor, went out of his way to make sure we were pleased and had everything we needed. He visited our table ever few minutes to see if anything... More

My husband and I just returned home from a long weekend in Santa Fe to celebrate our anniversary. We had every meal in a restaurant and in every single one we had terrible service. Gabriel's was no exception. If I closed my eyes, I'd have sworn I was at a large chain restaurant for the early bird special. It was... More
