Nice Stop for Lunch

We enjoyed our meal here; the hostess and server were very professional, the food was promptly served. The food was very good, and the prices reasonable. Not the ambiance of the downtown Cafe, but easier to get to with comparable food.

I quickly got over the strip mall location of this brewery upon walking inside and being enveloped an relaxing atmosphere. If management could solve a few inconsistencies, this place could be outstanding. The beer sampler is tasty. The honey wheat is unusually complex- crisp, lively and effervescent. The service was a little odd. One server seemed to treat us with... More

We had never eaten at the Blue Corn, although it is literally outside the door of the Doubletree where we usually stay. When we got to our room this trip it was cold and rainy, and we didn't feel like getting out and going downtown. We walked over to the Blue Corn. It was busy, but we got right in.... More

I was blown away and I'm a foodie! The place was rockin on a Friday night and our server, a young man from Chihuahua, did a great job. I had the Carnitas Burritos and I loved them. I'm pretty sure they slow cook the pork in stout then flavor it up with several spices heavy on the cumin. Then roll... More

We love New Mexican food, and love to try local craft beers. We could do both at this charming and fun venue!

We were kind of tired of trying to find parking downtown Santa Fe so we opted for the Blue Corn Brewery instead of the Blue Corn Café. Although the same owners, I felt like I was in any chain type restaurant at the Brewery and would have preferred the ambiance of the downtown location. That said, the food was good.

We recently moved to Santa Fe and make it a point to try different local restaurants...on a Saturday Household shopping expedition we tried Blue Corn Brewery. Our server was outstanding, and the wait staff and manager all worked well together...food was brought out by different staff so that it was served immediately. The manager stopped at least once to check... More

We went to the Blue Corn on the recommendation of our hotel desk clerk. It’s fairly good New Mexico style food at a good price. The service was a little slow, but we were eating a late lunch and probably caught the servers during shift change. I had the tacos and my husband had enchiladas, then we shared. I thought... More

Down the road from our hotel, a little hard to find. Pull into the strip mall. They had excellent beer and mix drink selections. Food was good. We had stuffed potato skins and Caesar salad with salmon. IPA beer was really good. Staff was personable and attentive. Sat in the bar area. We would go back and recommend it for... More
