Not your typical room service

I pretty much hate getting room service because most of my experiences have been pretty unremarkable. The food is often bland and feels like it's been sitting around. We came here for a late night snack. Each of us had one their signature cocktails, which were not particularly noteworthy. We split the mahi-mahi tacos, which were served with avocado. These were tasty. Service was slow, though in fairness, it was past the evening dinner time rush.

Excellent New Mexican breakfast. Food was top notch. It is a small family owned restaurant. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was absolutely great. I had Huevas Rancheros and it was the best that I have ever eaten. We dined outside on the sidewalk. W ate at the #1 rated dining establishment for breakfast the day before. This was so... More

We like the ambiance and always enjoy the food. The service is friendly and the bar good. We usually indicate where we want to sit, and our reservations have always been attended to

Amaya is located in Hotel Santa Fe. They have an outstanding breakfast buffet, which I highly recommend. The dinner offerings are what I would call eclectic. The chef combines foods you would never imagine doing. I had to pass on dinner because there wasn't one thing that appealed to me. I wouldn't call it comfort food. Friends who enjoy unusual... More

The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. Great selection and the atmosphere is serene. I watched a presumed manager flitting around the whole time cleaning and arranging tables. Don't miss!!!

We only ate here once whilst staying in the hotel, but the food was great, as was the service. There weren't many people there, which surprised me, given the quality of the food, service and surroundings. Oh, and the prices were pretty good, too.

Good food, good service. Seemed like a local hangout. I love the sweet-honey coated dessert that was provided at the end of the meal.

Must try the creme brulee! The atmosphere was wonderful and they had someone playing classical guitar throughout our dining experience.
