We first had lunch at Amaya after checking in at the Hotel Santa Fe. The wait staff was very courteous & helpful. We asked for food suggestions since we wanted something light and ended up ordering the mahi mahi tacos and chicken quesadillas. Oh my gosh, it was soooooo good! Especially the chicken quesadillas. Couldn't stop eating and it was... More

I've been here many times, alone, with my wife, with friends, with dining clubs, and for Amaya's excellent buffet. The food is consistently good and well presented, although not perhaps equal to the best Santa Fe has to offer. What distinguishes this restaurant its leadership and staff, who strive to always satisfy the diner. They have a variety of dining... More

The ambience of the restaurant was really nice. Good selection of wines and beers on tap. Coffee was great. The food was expensive and only mediocre. Would not recommend most breakfast items. We got the Christmas buffet at $55 a person and it was just okay. Service of wait staff was very poor.

This was our night to lighten up so we each had a bowl of their homemade soup. Delicious and nutritious! The dining room is quite beautiful and there is a kiva fireplace glowing in the corner. Just don't order a mixed drink. It took forever as if there was no bartender. We will return and order a full dinner as... More

We had breakfast here and were disappointed in both the service and the food. It took quite awhile to get our omelets and there was not much flavor nor was it warm enough. We asked our server many times for coffee & water. The restaurant is very pretty and we did notice how busy it was that morning so maybe... More

In a city teaming with great restaurants, the Amaya in the Hotel Santa Fe is among the best! We had a delightful dinner! The lamb chops and the duck were both outstanding. Our server, Antonia, was excellent and attentive, plus very knowledgeable about the menu and rhe wine list.

Our first visit to Amaya, which is inside Hotel Santa Fe, was a good experience. The restaurant ambiance was comfortable and understated. Our meal was quite good and was presented very well. Service was impeccable; it was unobtrusive and on time. Our server, Teresa, seemed genuinely interested in making sure that we had a good meal and experience.
