A great place for breakfast, too

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Amaya. Lovely service and great food and wine. It was the perfect peaceful dining room for conversation, and we enjoyed looking at the teepee out the window.

Loved it. Great menu and food is divine. Service can be a bit slow but will rush if you're in a hurry.

Very good food and was well taken cared of. Had breakfast outside and enjoyed a guitar player at dinner time.

The Amaya Restaurant was a total experience - good wine, great food and a Native American guitar and flute player. Bit wood-burning fire in the corner, and a teepee outside you can reserve for family dining. My dinner was extraordinary. I ordered seared salmon; it came on a bed of steamed clams and mussels on a bed of black noodles,... More

We made reservations at the Amaya when we checked in to the hotel-very smart move. Atmosphere is lovely with earth tones, rich Southwest colors. The menu has some wonderful items; I had a yellow beet and pear salad that was excellent and the duck, which was an excellent choice, not overcooked and served with delicious accompaniments. If you like duck,... More

After a full morning of traveling and no time for lunch, the lounge area in front of the fireplace was the perfect spot for a light lunch and cocktails before setting off to explore Santa Fe. The blazing fire in the kiva fireplace couldn't have been more welcoming! Our server was friendly and efficient, and the drinks were excellent (the... More

Amaya is one of my favorite dining experiences in Santa Fe, offering a warm, intimate, inviting atmosphere with a cozy fire in the dining room and live music in the lounge They just switched the menu and I loved the mussels that are now available. Easily one of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. Try the duck or scallops for... More

This restaurant is in the Railyard district, and close to town. We were in the hotel to go to the Southwest Seminars, so because it was close, we stopped by. The menu is diverse, but small. I noticed that they have closed in the once outdoor space and made it an all glass enclosure, with the Teepee outdoors. For dinner,... More

Thank you for dining with us. Please note the glass doors/windows slide into the adjacent wall when warm weather permits allowing two sides of the Patio to be open. More
