Service, ambiance and quality of food was superb. We enjoyed the freshness of everything. This dessert was the perfect treat for my husbands birthday "Chocolate Mousse w/ Blood Orange Sauce - Caramelized Pineapple Glaze, Grand Marnier Whipped Cream & Red Chili Candied Pecans (Gluten Free) " We shared this perfect ending to our meal !

Saturday night in Santa Fe. No reservations at 7 pm. We asked our driver to recommend a few local favorites. He recommended Santacafe. Without reservations and a slightly full house, we were seated immediately. I didn't love the location of our table outside, so I asked for another table closer to other patrons. The table was immediately bused and we... More

Every item on the menu was enticing, reasonably priced. Wait staff attentive. Patio dining pleasant. Food presentation and flavors in meal impeccable. Obviously known to locals. Reservations a must if going at lunch-time!

The food at Santacafe (and the wine) is outstanding. They have regular specials that are interesting, and I recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Santa Fe.

We live in Santa Fe and were there with my in-laws also long time residents.....we were seated and then ignored....not bread had to ask for water, everything was slow (except the busier) waiter was phony at best. Some of our food was very good, some not, very inconsistent ....have gone for lunch there and started coming to Santa Fe in... More

First, I love the space. Simple New Mexico style - stark in almost a Georgia O'Keeffe style. Some find it too simple but I'd move in in a heartbeat.

I've been coming here for more years than I care to count. An artist/waiter/actor friend of mine worked there just after they opened and we visited often. Still try to make it... More

My wife and I stopped by for a Labor Day lunch on the patio. Excellent service, great lemonade. Quesadilla was great. Her soup and BLT combo was just right. We love this place, and will eat again during the indoor season. Wait staff and bus staff are well trained and gracious

Locals love this place for lunch and dinner. Lunch is about $15-20pp without wine. There are many selections from the traditional lunch item to SW cuisine. All dishes are nicely presented on white tableclothed tables. Service is a bit more formal than other near Plaza locations. Tourists are rarely found here making for a quiet relaxing meal.

This restaurant came to us highly recommended. We did have a decent meal, but nothing special, and slightly over-priced. However, the service was atrocious. We were ignored after seating, had to wait long times for everything - drinks, ordering, food and check. And they didn't seem to care.

We stumbled upon this restaurant as we were walking by. Decided to have lunch & really enjoyed the food - delicious salads, gazpacho & attentive, friendly service. Then we read about the happy hour which is an incredible bargain - tasty calamari, pot stickers, etc. for 1/2 price. The bargain prices & yummy food was enhanced by three very different... More
