Noisy-but I didn't mind

The place is rustic and very clear that it will be loud and raucous. The food was very good and inexpensive. The service was cheerful on New Years Eve mid day. Good choice.

I've been eating at Cowgirls now and then for years, always enjoy the food there. This is my first time reviewing. I had Jambalaya that couldn't have been better. Bread pudding with a Bourbon sauce that had me on the edge of tears when I was down to the last bite. If you're from out of town, make this one... More

Waiters and waitresses are very friendly, food is darn good. I often go for the music, sometimes there's a cover. Can get a bit crowded and loud, but usually not a problem.

A unique place with fantastic food and delicious desserts. Set in an old house (?), with lots of adding on that gives it real character, this local favorite serves a large menu of various BBQ dishes. Start with a drink from the full service Bar and be sure to save room for dessert after your meal ... If you can!... More

My husband and I were excited to try Cowgirl BBQ because we had a pretty full day of walking and sight-seeing in the cold and wind. Great hostess who got us set up in a warm and cozy corner, terrific waiter who was patient and attentive as we went back and forth to the bar to check on our NFL... More

Great food with an very old school BBQ joint atmosphere, this place is a family favorite that that has yet to disappoint. The "mother of all green chili" cheeseburger is an absolute must!

While visiting my brother, he recommended this place for lunch. Great food, serve and atmosphere. When we come back to Santa Fe, we are going to come back.

Had a party of 8 including several teens. Good atmosphere, average service and decent food. We had ribs, fajitas, Mac and cheese and quesadilla's. Had the guacamole for the appetizer which was very good and fresh.

So, I wasn't brave enough to try Buffalo or Yak, but the "natural" Beef burger was amazing! The fries also really good. This is one of our favorite stops when in Santa Fe.

Our Santa Fe motel recommended this restaurant. We were seated in front of the fireplace on a cold, snowy Xmas weeknight. Cozy, warm & friendly environment with a very friendly staff. It felt like a local favorite because so many people knew each other. Our BBQ was good, not great, but good. But we found out after we were there... More
