The food is pretty good and you'll get enough. Prices are very reasonable. Atmosphere is funky; it's in an old beatup building that sort of rambles. Pictures of various cowgirls on the walls. Often some form of live music that can be avoided. Sort of unique and kind of fun.

This place has great, smokey, Texas BBQ. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is fun. They had a live band that played well. Everyone had a great time.

This is a place with a few rooms, some are much more atmospheric than others, so be careful. We were in a room to the left, which was OK, but 2 tables for 2 people left one person looking directly into a room for waiting staff. There was no door to the room, and, really, a diner should not have... More

I was craving for a buffalo burger with a New Mexico twist and read good reviews about this restaurant. Well sad to say, our service, waiter and 4 different dishes were ok. I wasn't impressed with their hospitality and the food was plain , smothered in green chile to ofset the flavor. Sorry ,maybe it was an off day.

We found this restaurant by accident while looking for the consignment store Double Take. We decided to give it a try, as we come from a town that has many BBQ offerings. We were not disappointed! The portions were huge! We shared a salad and wings as appetizers, and the combo plate for entree. This allowed us to try the... More

The Cowgirl BBQ straddles the line between being a bar and a family restaurant, and pulls both off pretty well. The food is good. I especially like the jerk chicken and blackened Mahi. They are known for BBQ but I haven't tried that. The beers selection includes many local breweries. At night, live bands rock the joint. Locals love this... More

We had the "Mother", their famous chile cheeseburger. Yes, flavours were very good, but the truffle fries were overdone and no sign of truffle to be found. The bun was soggy from either the butter on the bun or grease from the burger. Not sure which. Knife and fork food. My salad had wonderful components, but bland dressing. A good... More

I went there because TripAdvisor said it was a decent place close to my location at the time. I love TripAdvisor! This place has something like 30 unique beers on tap and bartenders that know them and can recommend. The food was great and abundant. I did not come close to finishing mine, and noticed that others around me did... More
