Great fun

Food was large portions and very good. The waiter was awesome and had a great attitude. A definite return for us is in the future.

I've been visiting Santa Fe often for years. This trip I took my son and his wife and my granddaugher with me. We went to Cowgirl last Saturday night so my granddaughter could play at their play area out back. I suggested we have a beer or a soft drink there and then eat dinner somewhere else with better food.... More

We visited Santa Fe for just a weekend but ate at Cowgirl BBQ because of the great upbeat service, good food and kids playground inside the restaurant! We were able to have the high top table that gives you views of both the playground where the kids played with other kids and the live music too! Easy menu, relaxing atmosphere.... More

This is a place where you go to relax and meet friends over a few Beers and some wonderful BBQ fare. Nothing fancy schmanzy at all, just an ordinary kind of a PUB restauarant. Food is always consistantly good. And it is the only BBQ within the downtown area. If you like BBQ, this is it.

We went to Cowgirl BBQ with a group of friends and had a great dinner from the appetizers to the main course through the dessert. Those that had the BBQ sampler found it tasty and plentiful. I had the salmon with bourbon sauce accompanied by asparagus which was excellent.

Cowgirl Hall of Fame is the heart of Santa Fe. The theme of honoring hardworking and competitive cowgirls is just a glimpse of the soul of this restaurant. In addition to serving great food, having great service, and hosting terrific local music, Cowgirl owners and staff go out of their way support local causes and events. You will always find... More

The food is not the star here, but the restaurant atmosphere is fantastic. It is just fun to be here. Highly recommended!

Cowgirl, on Guadalupe Street, a short walk from the plaza, is always packed. We had a large group of 10, and they were so accommodating. Service was excellent, the food is really good. It can be noisy, but it's a fun place to drink and dine. Very casual.

So, this isn't the place if you want super fast service and a quick to go meal. It's all about the atmosphere and relaxing. It's a super cool place and we loved sitting outside on the patio. The food was great. I had a smoked chicken dish with red chili that was great. Be prepared to spend a nice relaxing... More
