Better than expected!

The food exceeded our expectations...yes it is a bit pricey, but it was tasaty! The famous steak was done perfectly, the mexican specialties were all well prepared and also tasty. The only mediocre thing was the special amaretto dessert that was somewhat uninspired flavor wise. Good service, lovely... read more

The Pink has been a part of our Santa Fe experience for over 30 years. The food, servce and atmosphere have always been wonderful. Several years ago the founding owner passed away and the restaurant was sold by the family. The new owners were apparently not interested in mantaining the tradition of quality that we had come to expect. The... More

This lovely landmark restaurant downtown near the Plaza offers a trifecta of relaxed, friendly service, a delicious and straighforward menu, and a beautiful ambience on the patio surrounded by twinkling lights and the warm embrace of Santa Fe. Although the wine selection might be a bit sparse for some, the lobster salad did not disappoint, and the prices were just... More

After hearing of "Pink Adobe" for years & years - we were SADLY disappointed. We had simple fare: Pinot Noir, then Onion Soup & Chicken Enchiladas. WHY were we sad ? When visiting the restroom we observed same girl who provided bus service to clean the tables returning to the kitchen to sprinke chives on our soup - with BARE... More

Honestly, this review helps us a lot. I very much appreciate the feedback on this most unfortunate experience. Our family is committed to making the Pink Adobe the best it can be. Specific comments about an experience points me in the right direction to make changes so other guests find great food and drink and great service. If I can... More

Our 2nd visit to Santa Fe & our 2nd time to eat at the Pink. Once again, the whole experience was fantastic! Great food, great service, great atmosphere on the patio. We will always consider the Pink Adobe to be one of our Santa Fe traditions. Thank you to the family who is restoring the Pink to its previous level... More

If you want to people watch is the "city different" this is a good place to start. Excellent selection of wine and the margaritas - perfect. Restaurant has a wide variety of entrees and we typically go for one with green chile or fused Southwest flavors.

The food is mediocre at best. It's overpriced and the service was awful. There are too many wonderful restaurants in Santa Fe to waste your dining dollars here.

Our family has worked very hard to bring the restaurant back to it's original stature and reputation after a 4 year hiatus of not running the Pink Adobe. I wanted to reply to this comment so our guests can see we are committed to making the Pink the best it can be. With a review like this, we only wish... More

The Pink Adobe's web-site highlights the French onion soup and apple pie and they should; both were excellent. Don't let the price of the soup scare you, it was huge, delicious and not salty. I would have been happy just having the French onion soup, a small salad and the apple pie. We all had a different entree and all... More

We came as a group of ten, including two kids - 7 and 10. The patio atmosphere was beautiful and quite comfortable. Our server was very friendly and our food came quickly, although we were not at all rushed. Interesting variety of New Mexican and other food on the menu. Great French onion soup, chicken enchiladas, and spaghetti. Fabulous desserts.
