We were planning to go to Tomasitas but there was an hour wait. We happened upon El Tesoro in the Sanbusco Market Center. Small place with an extensive breakfast and lunch menu, which we enjoyed for dinner. Try the pepusas, they are made right in front of you and the corn tortilla is fresh and authentic. For $2.50 each you... More

Wife and I came here for our anniversary lunch and enjoyed everything about this place. Good food. Good service. Worth coming back to.

Great Salvadoran tamale and papusa lunch! Reasonably priced. Good service. Cute rail yard district. Unexpected little cafe in comfotable mall setting. Will be back next trip.

I have been coming here for years, and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is inside a little mall, and is very small. It is best for parties of two, maybe three, but not more than that. It's a perfect place for having lunch alone. The menu is Peruvian with a bit of New Mexico thrown in. What I like... More

Went here for the first time this weekend. Small and quaint in a inside mall setting. Service was excellent and so was the food.

As locals, we typically stop here for lunch while running Saturday errands. The menu changes now and then, so you might be able to order a classic Santa Fe Frito pie and you might not. The green chili burger is usually available, and it's real (heat-intensive) green chile. Portions are fair for the price. Order the agua fresca--it changes daily.... More

What more could you want? Guatamalan food, horcha. Located in Sanbusco, a small mall of interesting shops, in the Guadalupe area of downtown. Near the train station. I recommend the goat cheese salad.

I can't remember a time when I had such a lousy meal. I used to go here and it was wonderful, but this time it was just awful. I had the goat cheese salad. Hardly any lettuce, and what was there was spread thin with brown edges. Goat cheese was two pieces about the size and thickness of a quarter.... More

El Tesoro Cafe is a hidden gem in Sanbusco Market in Santa Fe. My husband and I stop here often when we are shopping and the food is ALWAYS wonderful. They make it when you order it, which makes a difference. They always have a great special (today it was a salmon burrito with goat cheese and cucumber salad), and... More

Whenever we visit Santa Fe El Tesoro is one of our first stops, it's affordable, fresh and delicious. Lunchtime is particularly busy but service is fast and the staff is wonderful and do not miss the desserts.
