Awesome melon soup and strawberry salad. Lovely surroundings. Hand-painted window panes and chandeliers were beautiful. It's a lovely courtyard feel in the middle of the La Fonda hotel.

We have been coming to Santa Fe for years, and one of our favorite hotels is La Fonda, with its great architecture, fascinating history, and top notch service and quality. In the center of the hotel, across from the main desk, is the Plazuela Restaurant. The restaurant, like the hotel, has a history worth telling dating back to the railroad... More

Good food, better service. Not outside, but in a sunlit court inside hotel. We went there for lunch during the Indian Market August 2015. Salsa was excellent.

We were walking the Plaza looking for lunch and made the mistake of coming to a place that is obviously something akin to a tourist trap. Our food was dry and service was non existent.

The food was overly salted to the point where I had to ask for extra water. The prices were also overboard considering I can get the same type of food down the street for less.

Despite all the hype, I cannot concur. The atmosphere was lovely but the food/drinks were less than desirable. By far one of the worst margaritas I have tasted. To be clear, I returned it barely touched and finished the dining experience with water. The crab cake appetizer was good although the texture was off for my taste. I ordered the... More

What a beautiful place for a good meal. The Southwestern decor and atmosphere is not beaten anywhere. Food is always very good.

This was our first time at this restaurant and we were very pleased with our experience. We had enchiladas and fajitas that were spectacular, along with excellent service. We stopped at the bar first and really enjoyed the bartenders and the unique drinks they made for us. We will be dining here, for many years to come.

We saved our final night for La Plazuela. Wait staff is attentive and efficient. Food is delicious. Adjustments can be made for gluten-free. Our grandson is 2 1/2 years old was taken by a back waiter he affectionately called "Baby". She was very sweet to him.
