My ribeye was cooked to perfection and smothered in green chile and cheese, along with the Chile Relleno, it doesn't get any better! This is the only place we have dinner in Santa Fe after visiting many other restaurants in the area. more

For the past 20 years, we have traveled to Santa Fe on a regular basis and boasted that we had never had a bad meal there. That all change the Saturday night of the Labor Day weekend 2009. At our hotel recommendation, we tried the Los Mayas. Both of our meals were truly tasteless and greasy. The waitress informed us... more

The food was some of the best in the Santa Fe area! The service was fantastic as well as the individuals whom served. I was there for my birthday. There was live music. Antonio sang like bird. He sang wonderful songs to me in honor of my birthday. It was the best! Thanks to all who made it possible. more

I would not recommend this restaurant. Santa Fe is full of great places to eat in a variety of price ranges. This place had boring, bland food that was way overpriced. Our table was not balanced so when we tried to cut food the enire table would shake. This was an unpleasant dining experience. We were in and out in... more

Las Mayas is a quiet surprise - no fanfare, no hype, but somehow the feeling of being somewhere else. The staff is delightful and friendly, the margarita a little too sweet, the dinner copious and very good. Great Mexican savors and absolutely superb beef (they really know what you mean by "very rare"). The setting is unassuming and "authentic" -... more

I ate at Los Mayas on a slow Sunday evening in July. The service was very slow - it took an hour and a half to finsh. When my food finally arrived it was barely warm. The mole and red chili sauces were good, but the refried beans were ordinary. Based on the slow service and cold food, I can't... more

We just returned to our room after enjoying a wonderful meal at Los Mayas. We were very tired after having spent the entire day roaming the crowded streets and shops of Santa Fe, and just wanted a nice quiet relaxing place to sit outside and enjoy a margarita and a bite to eat. After being told there was an hour... more

I ate there Thursday night of July 4th weekend, we got there late and were some of the last diners to eat, which was fine. My wife ordered an enchilada that she asked if it could be chicken not beef, I ordered a steak smothered with green chili and cheese. Salads were included, and halfway through eating ours, another server... more

DO NOT believe their web-site...There is no Flamenco music....the food is average, the service poor and the "special" dining experience doesn't exist. A dismal evening that should have been fantastic. I'll be writing to the establishment and to the Hilton. I sure don't understand why they are in business, Santa Fe has great restaurants. more

We just had dinner at Los Mayas and it was a disappointment. The order was wrong, the service was non-existent, the prices on the menu were different than the prices on our bill! When questioned, the water just said, "oh, we raised our prices" and didn't correct our bill. That's just BAD business. Food overpriced for what we got....sorry, can't... more
