This was one of the two places we had dinner at in a recent weekend trip to Santa Fe, based on ta ratings. We were pleased with this selection, the food was very good, particularly tje crab bisque. Service was adequate but not genuine, and the place was oddlu put together. Not a very long walk from the plaza. Recommended. more

We ate here on a Monday night. They have a Monday night special, with a three course meal for around 20 dollars, which is an amazing value. The bread was crusty and perfect (high altitude baking can be tricky, and they definitely have it down). We both had a crab bisque which was little lighter than a typical bisque, but... more

We were in Santa Fe staying at the Hiton. I made these reservations for dinner based on the Tripadvisor reviews but we were thrilled it was right out the back door of the Hilton since it was about 9 degrees outside! It was lovely experience. The place is small and dark and lit with candles and LED white Christmas lights... more

As locals we have dined there many times, and find other locals ages 50 and up have made it a habit as well. Santa Fe's legendary restaurants like Geronimo's and The Compound can easily charge almost the price a well-thought-out dinner here...complete with a wonderful dessert. Nice people, very fair prices for the quality and while the atmosphere might be... more

My girlfriend (Sarah) and I went to Dinner For Two on a whim one weeknight. Everything was well executed, but not outstanding. The prices were low and it was an exceptional value. The service was good, although a little odd. I think thats part of the appeal of this restaurant. The odd decor, the dated tuxedos that the servers wear,... more

A terrific, sophisticated restaurant a bit outside of the downtown area. Monday specials are a great value. Don't miss the truffled champagne mushroom soup, or the duck. more

We dined at dinner for two on a Friday evening in mid October and loved it. They have interesting approach to the menu and very reasonable prices. You and yours can select for one or two different items in various columns of the menu. This place is an excellent alternative to the southwest food that is so great in santa... more

While most other fine dining restaurants are closed on Monday, Dinner for Two offers a 3 course meal (soup or salad, entree, and desert) for $19.95. Our first course was truffled mushroom soup with a drizzle of creme fraiche on top...incredible. Entrees were a petite filet, very tender and perfectly cooked and served with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy, and... more

I am not quite sure what all the fuss is about. Perhaps the other reviewers have not been to a quality restaurant before? The food is ok, but by no means amazing. Also, by no means worth the price. I live in the Denver area and there are amazing restaurants where paying the kind of money you pay for Dinner... more
