And service was impeccable. Wine sommelier was very knowledgeable. This is a family run operation and they use the freshest local ingredients. When in Santa Fe next we will return.

We certainly enjoyed the company of the chef and hostess at the bar counter. Appetizers were absolutely delicious, especially the bacon gravy mix! We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

We were in Santa Fe for 4 days and this was by far the best restaurant we went to. We had roasted red pepper soup, veal Marsala. They were both delicious. The veal Marsala had a delicate sauce was very tender. The homemade bread is to die for. We ate 3 loaves. The service is impeccable.

My sister and I enjoyed a relaxing diner here although we were seated in a very strange, narrow hallway. Some guests were very dressed up – some not so much like us. Maybe why we were in the hallway? Food was very good, however, and would recommend this restaurant.

In a city blessed with many fine resturants D42 is a step above. The menu varies with wonderful creativity artfully prepared and exceptionally presented. It is a small resturant so be sure to reserve a space. You will not be disappointed .

The tableside Caesar Salad was quite an experience. We were asked for our garlic and anchovy preference from 1-5, so we went for it with a 5. Absolutely fabulous salad. The filet also was exceptional. Space was a little more "intimate" than I am used to -- but hey, it was better than Paris seating! Definitely go here for dinner.

In Santa Fe before going home the next morning. I wanted an early meal because I had an early flight. Walked down W. San Francisco St, where I was staying, down Guadalupe, looking for a place to pop in. I saw Dinner for Two had open spot at the bar, so I took a seat to order a quick bite... More

We enjoyed our dinner at Dinner for Two. The food was very good. The staff was a little overwhelmed the night we were there, so service was a little slow.

We visited the restaurant on a sunday. It was fully occupied so we had to wait 10 min for a table. Very dark restaurant, in fact they provide you with a flash light so you can read the menu and see the food. On sundays they jave a set 3 course dinner for 19,95. Very good initiative but you have...
