Burger was huge and excellent. Margaritas seemed to be very popular (I don't drink!) The dining room has an outdoor heated patio that was very nice

Yesterday for lunch, we went to Del Charro for margaritas and burgers. In recent years, they've won awards as the best bar at Santa Fe, and I agree. It's a sports bar with several TV's. Their margaritas are good, and they give you the whole shaker to keep refilling your glass for only $6.50. They also have a good selection... More

Have been here several times and have never had problem. Love the servers and the items on the menu. Have never had a bad experience. Some women were sitting next to me while in there a week ago and they were asking for illegal drugs, the waiter handled everything professionally and asked them to leave at which point I felt... Just got back from this great place. Went with my family and had the burgers and chicken wings. All the food and drinks were very nice and the setting and theme is great. It has a really nice outdoor section that we chose. Our waitress Crystal was awesome and would not leave a glass empty for more than 2 minutes.... More

Just visited this bar last evening based on a recommendation from our hotel. I ordered the house margarita and immediately upon tasting it knew it was not made correctly-it had a strong aftertaste of soap. I returned it to our server and he brought a replacement only to have the same experience happen. The table next to us tried the... More

We took a "local's" recommendation to visit for a light bite of dinner. We started with the quesadilla and added beef - great flavor, but unfortunately the beef was overcooked. Followed with Chicken Caesar salads - Chicken was overcooked (notice a pattern here) and the salad was crisp, but lacked any flavor/taste. Not bad, but it could have been a... More

This place can get very busy with a line outside, but if you're staying at the Inn of Governors you can come in from that side and be seated much more quickly like we did on several occasions. The White House Sangrias were excellent and we had 3-6 each time we ate there. The wings were smothered in too much... More

The best value in Santa Fe plaza area. Get a seat out on the patio. And be sure to order the margarita.Everything we tried was tasty and very reasonably priced. It can be busy. We were lucky to beat the rush by going before noon. Liked it so much the last time we were in Santa Fe 6 years ago... More

We went here to have a drink and they actually would not even let us in. We were met at the door by a man who actually blocked our entrance and told us we had to wait 20 to 30 min to go to the bar. Really? The place wasn't even full. He was arrogant and rude. Who ever heard... More

Each time I visit Santa Fe the Frito Pie at Del Carro calls to me like "Bali High" in the Rogers & Hammerstein musical "South Pacific"..."come to me; come to me...". For a great time with a group of friends, sit on the covered patio and unwind with a wicked margarita or full body Red Wine. If the night is... More
