On Christmas Day, they seemed clearly short staffed and the service was abysmal. BUT the food was very good. In our party of three, we each liked our meals a great deal. I had the quesadilla with chicken, which had great flavor. My husband had the pork and chile chowder, which was nicely balanced. The Del Charro burger and fries... More

Come here many times with visiting consultants. Recently had the toasted cheese sandwich with the pasole which was fantastic, then another time the Wednesday special adobada also terrific. Reasonable priced lunches.

This is a great spot to hang out for a few hours after wandering around the plaza. Sit near the windows and watch the tourist walk by while sipping on a margarita. Or sit near the fireplace and enjoy some food to soak up your drink.

Very nice place with good items on their menu and very friendly bartenders. We were a group of five and decided to all share appetizers--chicken tenders, posole, chipotle wings, green chile chowder, chile cheese fries, and nachos. Everything was very good. The next time we will try a main entree for lunch or dinner.

We had dinner at Del Charro several times during our Santa Fe stay and came away feeling that this would surely be one of our favorite places for casual dining or drink-and-chat if we lived in the city. In the evening, Del Charro has a cozy-friendly vibe and high energy level. There’s a nice mix of locals and tourists, and... More

We had 2 dinners at the Del Charro and used the $15 food credit both nights from the Inn of the Governors. It’s a popular place for the locals and really lively. Really good food and great margaritas! Good place to chill out.

This great place is just wonderful and has the best margaritas in town with a delicious menu. The service is fantastic and just overall a nice place to stop in and have a drink to relax. The best thing was my servers answer to my question: What special drinks do you have.. All our drinks are special cause you pay... More

Went there for Thanksgiving dinner. The meal was superb!! One of the best I have ever had. Wait staff was awesome too. Reasonably priced meal and they gave you plenty to eat. I highly recommend it. :)

The bartenders reflect so much of our society today, lacking social etiquette and basic manners. These are guys who should be working in a second rate biker bar. The nachos with chicken were devoid of protein. Definitely a disappointment. This would be a great place to relax if the bartenders were replaced.
