I love the salads and the appetizers here as much as the main courses. Try the lamb over their house salad. Really delicious. Never had a bad meal and have eaten here over two dozen times.

I work in Sante Fe with some regularity, and while I try to walk around and sample everyplace in the vicinity of my job, I keep coming back the Cleopatra cafe in the Design Center, over and over and over. And every time I resolve to order something different, but I always get the Cleopatra Plate. Its just so perfect... More

We love the Cleopatra Platter -- it is definitely a feast. The food is plentiful and very tasty. The gyros are the best I have had in the southwest. And don't forget to try the baklava for dessert.

I HIGHLY recommend the King Tut Plate with a side of fries. This order Can be shared between two people and it has a wide variety of items to drool over. I also insist you try their hot sauce mixed with everything!!

We had the address for the Cleopatra Cafe, but still found it hard to find. Is located in a factory building with no outside signage. Many other shops in this building. The food was decent, not the best but not the worst. Santa Fe seems obsessed with New Mexican food and personally I am not. The prices were not outlandish,... More

Needs a revamp in service, the whole order your food, sit, get served and never get waited on is played out. The food is always good, just needs a new system to help customers..in our recent visit we and 2 other tables had to get up just to get helped with water, napkins, and what not; they need at least... Authentic falafel (aka tammeha) made the Egyptian way with leeks and parsley and good Arab bread. Thursday pm there is belly-dancing at the Zafarano location but we did not make it back for that. Friendly and family-owned.

What is not to like about a great gyro! I go here often for lunch and sometimes before a movie as it is located next to the theaters.

When in Santa Fe, if you want a change from standard and New Mexican food, this is a very good choice. The food is well prepared ad very tasty, with a good selection of combination plates. The prices are very reasonable. The waiting to place an order can be a bit uncomfortable, but worth it.

I wasn't overly impressed by this place, but everyone's food was good. There were American kids items like nuggets and Kraft mac 'n cheese that made it accessible to us when we weren't sure the kids would like the adult menu food items. Turns out we should have just gotten them gyros without the sauce because they loved the lamb... More
