Went on a Wed nite. No problem for seating. Service was prompt and friendly. Wine was chilled correctly. I had halibut and hubby had the high priced ($42) steak. Mine came with asparagus and hubbies came with a potato. No bread or salad/soup. Halibut was good and portion for me was good, but lacking for hubbie. He said his steak... More

Went to Rio Chama on a Saturday night with my wife and friend. Prompt, excellent service. Very good beer brewed locally (had the Amber). We had the fondue appetizer and it was outstanding and better than Melting Pot in my opinion and more than enough for the three of us. My wife had the 12 oz prime rib and she... More

See picture of the chipped dish and over ripe avocados all for a $25 lunch!! I asked the waiter to NEVER serve lunch in a chipped dish!! Waiter said he didn't notice and glass wasn't in the food!! REALLY?? So he must know they use chipped dishes all the time!! They don't even try to make it right for you... More

I was very disappointed with my steak and the service here, not to mention the weak drinks that were apparently made by an amateur bartender. When it's worth it, I don't give any thought to paying the extravagant prices like they have. But it peeves me to pay that much when it's as lousy as this place. The steak was... More

We eat here fairly often and I have reviewed this place before. We love the food. The ambiance is excellent if you eat if you eat in the bar or in the patio. This is where the locals eat, particularly the politicos of state government. Governor Richardson and his 'friends' used to eat and Drink here and the place is... More

A change in bartenders here has greatly improved the bar ambiance. Chris, Virgil, Rob and Carolina rock. The food is great, beer and wine selections varied and reasonable. This is the place to be for World Cup fans. Four huge flat screen TV's on all four walls makes viewing perfect from anywhere at the bar or in the comfortable booths... More

We dined here for dinner. Our server, Mark, was outstanding. He was very friendly and efficient. We had the fondue. It's very good, but waaaay too much for 2 ppl as an appetizer. We got talked into it. Next, I had the tenderloin and my husband had the ribeye. Both were flavorless and unappealing. Total lack of presentation as well.... More

We wandered in here our first night in Santa Fe and it remains one of our favorite meals. I had chicken marinated in yogurt and spices and it was absolutely delicious. Would give anything to be able to recreate thisi at home, It was just that good!! Also love the Kale Slaw. Margarita list is extensive and reasonably priced

The "happy hour" and the service could be amped up a bit but the food and atmosphere is great. Fondue is especially great here!

I ate dinner here recently with some friends. We were seated on the patio which has a pleasant ambience. Although we spent some time discussing with the server how we wanted our prime ribs and lamb chops prepared, they were not prepared as requested. The prime rib was undercooked and the lamb chops were overcooked. However, the food was tasty.... More
