Excellent brunch menu and possibly the best nachos I've ever had. Outstanding green chile sauce - not too spicy and very flavorful. Authentic rustic southwest ambience and furnishings, and friendly and attentive staff.

They've migrated into the Pink Adobe space since I last ate here. It was still winter, although a warm day, so seating was inside only, and the rooms in the Pink Adobe are a bit on the dark side. I miss the brighter feel of the old cafe space. But the food is still wonderful. I love their red chile,... More

We sat next to the kiva fireplace at a small table for two next to a window for breakfast. A young man greeted us when we came in the door and followed us to our table to get us started with menus. The aromas of the chili sauces matched the taste and fresh ingredients. They also brought thick slices of... More

We discovered this café probably 20 years ago on frequent business/pleasure trips to Albuquerque, Taos, and Santa Fe. In SF, I ski; my wife does galleries and a little shopping. We spend one whole day together and, it begins with brunch and mimosas. Anything with green chili can start the day. Try to get near the fireplace.

Freezing cold in Santa Fe. Concierge recommended Guadalupe, so I tried it for lunch. Perfect table for one by the fire. Fresh coffee, tostadas with eggs, chilies, cheese and home cooked potatoes. Piping hot and absolutely delicious. Service was a teensy bit slow, and table next to me was very frustrated with length of time it took to get/process their... More

Ended up at Guadalupe Cafe by defalut. Big local hangout. Got a large nacho plate. It was delicious. Really enjoyed the meal.

We stopped here for a little liquid refreshment and snack with two other couples. They made the most devine margaritas and chips, salsa and guacamole. It was the best that we've had in Santa Fe, a lot better than The Shed. Service was great too.

The Dragon Room, next to Pink Adobe does a great breakfast. For some reason it is called the Guadalupe Cafe, but it is the Dragon Room. Good service, and Christmas enchiladas were really good. A
