On our recent trip we were lucky enough to get a table one evening at Cafe Pasqual's. If you plan on eating here make a reservation, dining area is very small maybe 15 tables. We were there when they opened at 5:30 (A Tuesday evening) and the place was filled in 10 minutes. All the food was very fresh, organic... More

This is a fantastic little restaurant for what should probably be termed Haute Sonoran Food. Firstly, the restaurant uses local organic produce and you can taste it. I had the Chili Verde which was nothing like what I expected. The steak was organic, though grain fed, and surrounded by roasted chilis. It was delicious and the best chili's ever. They... More

Cafe Pasquals is a must. Their chicken breast sandwich on green chile bread is outstanding. Their chile rellenos are also the best in Santa Fe. Everything is good at Pasquals. Don't ignore the amazing cookies on the counter. They are all delicious. I have eaten breakfasts, lunches and dinners at Cafe Pasquals countless times over the years. It is always... More

We chose Pasqual's for a special evening w/my husband's bro-in-law down from Vancouver, BC. He wanted to treat us to a special evening and meal and truly it was...the food, the wine and the service all met our expectations plus some.... not our first dinner there nor or last as we return one more time for the dessert we didn't... Outside of the fact that the restaurant is a little small and always packed with people and service personnel they are able to turn out great breakfasts. Everything is very good with traditional New Mexican flavors

Hadn't been to Pasqual's for years and years...put off on earlier visits by the cramped space and long wait. Got an invitation from friends who were in town for a very brief visit, and they chose the location for brunch. Nothing would have made me miss the opportunity to have a meal with them, but I was reminded of the... More

Cafe Pasqual's lives up to its reputation...darling restaurant (seats only 49), plaza location, and artfully prepared food make it a delight. Because they serve organic foods and healthier whole wheat flour in their foods, just don't take a picky eater with you. If you have the choice, stop off and get the picky eater something else and leave him at... More

We have been going to Santa Fe every August for many years. Always, on our last evening, we have dinner in Cafe Pasqual's. It continues to be a great treat: lovely, fresh organic food cooked in the most interesting way. The chicken enchilada with mole sauce is a great dish as are the various starters using local vegetables and herbs.... More

Besides serving fresh organic meals it offers an ambiance of friendly place to be. We sat at the communal table and enjoyed the company of other singles. The daily menu is where you find something special like the fresh herb salad. I agree with other diners.....the margaritas are the best. After all they have the saint of cooking Santo Pasqual,... For lovers of fresh, complex, New Mexican food, this is the place! We have been coming to Pasqual's for many years during our visits to Santa Fe from California. It is the first restaurant we head to when we get to town. (And the town has many really good restaurants!) Pasqual's never disappoints! The recipes are complex and incredibly delicious.... More
