Excellent New Mexican food in a fun location

Café Pasqual's is (deservedly) quite popular, so if you're in any kind of a hurry I would advise another restaurant because you will almost certainly have to wait for a vacancy; it's a very small café (9, 10 tables?) and given the size of the average American customer, you're likely going to sit... read more

We went to Pasqual's for lunch because we couldn't get a dinner reservation. Very happy we did! Yes, it's not a fancy place; it looks a bit like a small diner, but that doesn't matter. The service was quick and friendly, the location very convenient, and yes, the food was really, really good. If you're in Santa Fe and looking... More

This is a very popular cafe--be sure to make a reservation! The green chile garden enchiladas were excellent, and made for a hearty appetite. Everything was wonderfully fresh and seasoned to perfection.

Had Breakfast! Wow! All good to say, our server Diane was super great. We will return again and again! Really incredible home type cooking.

This is the "go to" breakfast joint in Santa Fe. Excellent food, which is mostly organic. The service and decor are very good and creative respectively. Just a block off the square. You won't be disappointed.

Some people choose to stand in line for the mediocre food and pretentious wait staff. There are better less expensive options all over town..

It was a bit of a wait, but well worth it! We had the enchiladas and carne asada. Best green sauce! If we make it back to Santa Fe we are definitely coming back!

On our tour of Santa Fe, we just took a chance with Cafe Pasquel's. It worked out fabulously. It's a bit crowded, but that's OK. Lively environment, great staff and the food was top flight. We took a chance and it paid off. I whole heartedly recommend Cafe Pasquel's.

Another great meal at Cafe Pasqual's. This is our third year here and our third great meal. We have both of their cookbooks and use them as well.

Lunch at Cafe Pasquale's in Santa Fe, NM is a gastronomical delight. But getting a table may take a few minutes, because this cozy place is always busy. Elbow your way to the counter to put your name on their list, browse around the neighboring shops for a few minutes, then wait for your name to be called. I had... More
