My wife and I do our best to visit Santa Fe once a year and we did so recently, again making reservations at CP. As a few reviewers commented the prices seem high for what appear to be basic Southwestern fare (e.g. a tamale $8.75, 2 tacos @ $16.95)...and entrees are priced even higher (e.g. double lamb chop $37.95, mole... Every new & return visitor MUST dine at Pasqual's! I always opt for breakfast; omelets or Huevos Rancheros served with potatoes & either an English muffin or toast with the best homemade jam. The restaurant is small & there is usually a line out the door but it is worth the wait.

I remember this restaurant from my childhood summers in Santa Fe. Nothing has changed. Funky spot, great service and wonderful High New Mexican cuisine. Make a reservation well in advance, this place has had a line around the block for the past 20 years and you do not want to miss this!

We first came to Pasquals on our honeymoon 22 years ago and we have been coming back every year since! The restaurant is small and cozy and it is almost impossible to get a table without a reservation unless you eat at a large "community" table. The food is always eclectic, innovative and delicious! They have an excellent wine selection... More

Our first breakfast in Santa Fe for this trip. So high quality in the ingredient of our food that I did not use salt just to taste it. The place is highly socializing since they encourage you to share table with othe customers. Pasqual's is a must go in Santa Fe. You should try them for lunch and dinner also.

At first I had serious concerns, because my favorite dessert was not available. But then Pasquals made it up immediately by giving me some delicious cookies instead. Thank you! Service is good, food is amazing. I never eat (New) Mexican food, except at Pasquals. The garden enchiladas are phenomenal and just the right portion for me. Careful! It is a... More

Excellent and creative southwestern cuisine in an informal bistro setting, with outstanding service. Space is limited, so reservations are essential to avoid waiting in a line stretching out to the sidewalk. Pasqual's is popular for good reason.

This place is a gem. We ate breakfast/lunch here 2 months ago and I still think about my meal. I had a bison burger, which was DELICIOUS and my husband had the chorizo breakfast burrito smothered in red and green chili. Both dishes were fabulous. Don't go starving because you'll more than likely have to wait for a little while--so... More

Pasquals is a Santa Fe institution - 2 cookbooks, a line out the door, knowledgeable staff and reliably delicious food. It is one of the first places I take out of town guests - because their huevos rancheros, tacos, nopales and kale salad are all worthy of writing home about. Its a funky space - with a huge communal table... More

After reading a few articles about the best breakfast venues in Santa Fe, I decided to visit Cafe Pascual's. And I'm so glad I did! A private table was not immediately available so I told my name and was encouraged to come back in about ten minutes. Fifteen minutes later I was seated at a table, having a good cup... More
