This place is so overrated. It is my Godson's favorite, so we go when he is in town. I've tried different dishes each time, they ranged from boring to gross. This time I tried the green chili meatball appetizer, claimed to be a favorite, dry, boring meatballs. Then I ordered a bowl of posole, which I love, it was filled... More

Wonderful local place....a little difficult to get to the parking lot with the one-way street situation, but worth the hassle. Typical New Mexican food and many locals there eating...a great sign.

After reading some great reviews, this Okie was rather disappointed. The green chilies were good but everything else was just okay.

Noisy, rude service and ordinary food…. hostess said the wait would be 25 minutes so we went into the bar for a drink…. after 30 minutes we inquired about our table and they said 25 minutes….again! The bar service was rude….the room was crammed with noisy drunks…. Food ordinary…awful evening

Used to be one of my favorites at S F. This time, I didn't like my guac and chips or enchiladas because of the shabby, dirty place. Shame they haven't updated or at least cleaned.

The food and service at Marias are great. They probably have the best chile rellenos of any restaurant I have ever had in 40 years. The batter was a bit crunchy which really adds to the mouth appeal, the pepper was crisp, not over done, and the filling was tasty.

We visited here with a party of 10, ranging in age from 12 to 72. I think everyone left happy! The margarita menu is overwhelming, but the wait staff was excellent at helping to make a choice. The food was excellent (although I like the sopaipillas at La Choza and Maria's better). They seated us in a semi private room,... More

We ate lunch at Maria's while exploring Santa Fe as part of a road trip we were taking. We were craving Mexican food, and this place AMAZED us. Definitely one of the best Mexican meals I have ever had. I had the chile relenos and my husband had the steak fajitas. I love chile relenos and they're my benchmark for... More

Our combination platters were quite good. The sopaipillas were warm and delicious .The service was good. I would definitely return to Maria's.
