Maria's is located in a well decorated and designed restaurant with quirky rooms and adobe alcoves. The margarita list is a blast. While pricey, they do not skimp on the top shelf tequila. The food is good and reasonably priced but standard New Mex. The portions are generous and the spice level is appropriately high. If you are looking for... More

I found the food to be standard Mexican fare, no better than many of the other Mexican restaurants I have eaten in across the country. In fact, I would say the food is a little on the minus three side of my rating. I went hoping for authentic and distinctive flavors, but it didn’t measure up. One annoyance without regard... More

Something for everyone. A great choice for tasty New Mexican dishes, as well as superb steaks, served together as in their steak and enchiladas, or just steak and potatoes, or just enchiladas... All cooked to perfection, and full of flavor.

I don't mean to run other restaurants down. It's not that they are bad, they not, it's just that Maria's is really the best. Every time we visit Santa Fe, Maria's is a must stop. Great margaritas, delicious Mexican food, comfortable atmosphere, nice, courteous staff and efficient service. It's worth it even it's out of your way.

I had the blue corn enchiladas with carne Adovada. It was hot but so very good. If you are in Santa Fe for just one day eat here. If you are in Santa Fe for two days eat here twice. I'm wish I had come here earlier in my trip.

I can not wait to head back to Santa Fe this summer. My first stop will be Marie's. We have had several different meals and everything we have eaten is wonderful.

Maria's is our go to restaurant in Santa Fe for New Mexican cooking. Our favorites are the Carne Adovada and their Green Chile Stew. Both dishes have a slow cooked flavor that tastes homemade. My mother in law loved the chile rellenos too. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, and the service warm and efficient. If you have one night... More
