fresh veggie or non veggie food, pay by the pound. Of course you are getting what remains and they are very strict about the time for half price deal.

When we were in town for Rodeo de Santa Fe, we stayed at a hotel near Saveur, and we drove by it. It was much easier to park there than going on to the plaza. We haven't had French food much of anywhere except for a trip to Paris, but I'd say the delicious French food at this Santa Fe... More

We are Santa Fe locals who dine here at least once a week. The food is fresh and of high quality (like the fish which is flown in daily). Dee and Bernie (the owners) take great pride in their restaurant and they take pains to make sure you are happy with your selections. The restaurant's main attraction is its salad... More

This place was really special. The owner, a small older French woman greeted us as we came in. She told us all about the choices offered which were varied and plentiful. We choice crepes, one seafood and one spinach and mushroom. Both came with a choice of soup or salad. We had one of each. The salad was FRESH and... More

Go for breakfast or lunch. Everything is fresh the day you go. Late afternoon you can buy what is remaining at a discount and enjoy it at your residence in the evening! Wonderful sandwiches, soup, salads and breads. We can't wait to go again.

I visit Santa Fe often, and I especially enjoy the good New Mexican style food. But I like to try the best places for all kinds of dining in town. I'd noticed the great reviews for Saveur French restaurant. Recently when I missed my turn and happened to drive past it, I noticed their meager little sign and stopped in.... More

On a cold snowy day we lunched here and loved it. The beautiful buffet of delicious salads and soups made it difficult to choose just a few items. However, we did select fresh asparagus, Caesar salad and New England clam chowder and French onion soup. For dessert we shared cherry pie. The owners are very friendly and the view from... More

Saveur is one of Santa Fe hidden gems. The open Monday to Friday and I frequently have lunch there. Everything in the menu is fresh and you will find different options everyday. My favorite dish there is the Bread pudding with rum glaze. You won't regret choosing Saveur for breakfast or lunch.
