This was a highly recommended off the beaten path Mexican Restaurant. While it was good, it didn't live up to its reputation. Our food was ordinary and the ambience was fair. There were very nice people serving us efficiently.

We enjoyed delicious NM-style Mexican food, all very fresh, and a nice variety of items on the menu. The restaurant has fairly simple décor, but is quite comfortable. The staff makes it extra special with their friendliness. They were willing to accommodate all kinds of special requests, splitting entrees, really wanted us to be happy. And we were. Treated us... Pleasant restaurant tucked away in a small shopping center. Attentive service. Enchiladas a bit on the bland side. The green chile tasted more like green peppers. Faux Margaritas based on agave wine, and a tad too sour.

I had shrimp tacos and a glass of red sangria and my husband had very good cheese enchiladas. We ate there just after checking into our bed and bkfst after a long and tiring 6 hour drive from CO. We were greeted by a very cheerful hostess at 6pm on a Wednesday and the restaurant was almost full with happy... More

This is a unique place that you would not just stumble upon and not with all of the Plaza crowd. The menu had a fairly wide range, including lamb tacos. My husband had wonderful shrimp and salmon tacos and I had chicken with mole sauce, the best I have ever had. We had Sangria which was very good and an... More

The food is fresh and has a lot of flavor. Nice quaint place, great atmosphere Can't go wrong. It's sad tripadvisor makes u put a min of 100 characters for a review. I bet it affects a lot of businesses

Awesome service-- 5 stars! The food was good, a bit salty and we've enjoyed better green chile at other restaurants in town. Disappointed that they only have a license for beer and wine as a margarita was on my wish list for the evening. Also, they do not serve sopapillas which my kids were really hoping for. A few let... This place was recommended by our hotel, Inn on the Alameda, when we asked for a good Mexican restaurant in the area. They were right. The food was very good, the service was friendly, and the price was reasonable. It was just what we were looking for.

This is the BEST Mexican food I have ever tasted in all of my travels. It is tucked away in a shopping center, so turn on your GPS. The restaurant is simple and deceives the customer as one has no idea they're about to dine on such delicious food. Not only is the food great, the service is fabulous. Everyone... More
