Their pizzas and salads are excellent and promptly served. My wife and I had lunch there three times during our one week stay in Santa Fe. It became our go to lunch spot, usually a late lunch. You place your order and pay before going to a table, avoiding waiting for a check when ready to leave. Service is friendly... More

I have been enjoying Il Vicino for 18 years, the staff is consistently the same and wonderful. The pizza is the best in town. The beer on tap is great and the root beer on tap is great. A must if you're craving pizza!

Not NY style pizza yet still very good. All the menu offerings are made fresh and are delicious. If you are in a large group the patio is very pleasant. There is enough variety to please everyone in your party.

What a find, Il Vicino is a hidden gem just outside the old plaza area of over priced places to eat. The service was excellent, the menu choices are many and awesome, prices very reasonable. The food was amazing, my wife had a panini and I had a pizza, fresh, fresh ingredients, great flavor and huge portions. We plan to... More

The pizza was ok, but the restaurant is set up for counter service and doesn't have much in the way of décor. There are many better dining options in old town that are comparably priced full-service restaurants.

The Pepperoni pizza was probably one of the worse I've ever eaten. The tomato sauce was tasteless and the entire pizza was rather blah. We even left some and for my husband and I that is unheard of!

They line up out the door - locals and travelers for the pizza here. We thought it was some of the best we'd had. They also brew their own beer as well. Nice change from Mexican food.

We decided on a pizza and a movie night. Pick this place because of the wood fired pizza. The selection was interesting, not necessarily in a good way. We chose 3 different ones to try and 3 "Root Beers" and water. The root beer was not really RB but something sorta like it from a tap on the bar, no... More

We enjoyed a take-out pizza & salad from Il Vicino. Both the pizza (10") & the salad were plenty for two people. I thought the pizza (pepperoni) was tasty & the crust was light & crispy. The homemade dressing for the salad was also very good.

The electricity went out in Santa Fe so Il Vicino was the other restaurant open that evening. The pizza was mediocre but the people were very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go to Santa Fe for pizza.
