Super presentation. Massive flavors. Had lamb, salmon, pork tenderloin during my stay, All very very good. Awesome colorful salad topped with Sorrel sorbet, so interesting. Super wine list, too. Just wish the bar was bigger.

The food was exceptional. The favors were subtle. The chef knows how to enhance the natural favor of each of his ingredients. Not over salted or dripping in fat. A place where someone can eat 5 star and be healthy. This is rare. The wait staff was first rate. I travel 150,000 a year internationally and eat out weekly. This... More

Had dined at this restaurant before so when my daughter suggested we go for Thanksgiving, I was all for it. My daughter made reservations by phone and when we arrived they had no record of it. Thought for sure it would be fast food for us but they somehow managed to find us a table (6ppl) after a short wait.... More

With the temperatures on Thanksgiving Day hovering in the high 50's and the sun shining, the patio at the Inn of Anasazi was the perfect place to be. We shared a table with a couple also looking to enjoy the day and while we sipped on margaritas (server said all margaritas "skinny" since they are freshly squeezed) and devoured chips... More

We dined at the Anasazi restaurant on the evening we arrived in Santa Fe. Excellent and creative menu. Since we were staying at the hotel as well, we had breakfast there as well and found it very good.

My wife and I came here for cocktails and dessert after a disappointing dinner elsewhere. We split the cheese platter and the Honey Crisp Apple Tart. Both good. Very pleasant servers.

Good drinks and atmosphere. The bartender was friendly and made excellent drinks, especially the margaritas!

The service was flawless. My husband had a lovely beet and goat cheese appetizer. I had the field green salad the dressing was delicious. My husband had pork tenderloin with sweet potato gnocchi which was delicious. My Bronzino was perfectly prepared and the sauce was delicious. This is a do over.

This is a lovely hotel restaurant that consistently delivers well prepared food in a beautiful setting. The entrees are excellent; the meats are very tender. We did try an appetizer that we didn't care for. I believe it was fried mac and cheese. That was the only item that was disappointing.

Although we weren't staying at the Anasazi Hotel, friends put it on our list of "you won't regret it" restaurants for our trip to Santa Fe. We made reservations at the restaurant from the road when we were returning from a day trip to Taos, after failing to get reservations at some of our other choices. Although it wasn't our... More
