Originally operated as the Bobcat cafe at the edge of town, now operates in the center of Santa Fe with plenty of parking (which is not usual for downtown eateries). Good food at reasonable prices. The owner is ever present to be sure it is up to her standards. Good place for family, friends, business. My favorite? Chilli.

A lay-back atmosphere has you deciding from the many choices of food and beverage. I came in for a green chile cheeseburger and home fries. I had a brown ale while I waited for my meal. Beer, wine, and soft drink selections accompany the many good food items. Parking is always available - the hotel lot allows 2 hours free,... More

GCCB = A Green Chili Cheese Burger is what we call them in New Mexico. This one is the REAL DEAL - and worth every dollar! The Chopped Salad was fresh and highly enjoyable as well.

We were drawn in by a local TV channels review . I had the bacon cheeseburger it was pretty good. I was not a fan of the cole slaw, not creamy dressing that I like best, mislead by waitress. Bustling busy restaurant , they kept up easily with turning over tables without making you feel rushed. I would try it... More

The Bite has our favorite bacon green chile burger every. Service is fantastic, beer selection is great, and the homemade chips are amazing. The old time meets modern diner feel makes for a fun atmosphere too.

I really liked this place. They make a great hamburger. My wife, a cousin and myself ate here and it was great. My cousin lives in Santa Fe and recommended it. They had the green chili cheeseburger and I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was a large burger but so good. They have homemade chips that look great and I... More
