Yes its great, maybe a bit over rated

Had to do it because so highly rated. The best lamb that I have ever had and food excellent. Limited selection of wines by the glass. Hate to say it, although meal outstanding, I cannot offer a higher rating because waiter very uppity and fake. It just knocked the experience down a few notches... read more

I have been told that Geronimo was the best restaurant in New Mexico. Well after dining there last week, I think it is time to take it up a notch! Geronimo has a top notch wait staff, as good as any anywhere. There were very helpful on options and meal choice variations throughout the meal and extremely attentive throughout. My... More

The atmosphere is a very understated elegance that, while minimal, allows one to concentrate on the important things; namely, the plates in front of the diner. The food was excellent, in both serving size and flavor. Service was a perfect balance of attentive service from our server, as well as appropriately uninterrupted privacy while dining. Dessert was a perfect pairing... More

Geronimo is reputed to be Santa Fe's best restaurant, I don't think this is true. Not that its bad, it is a good place, but you have to fight for your table, service and to assure good food. We came early and they said they adhere to strict timing, so we came back at the reservation time, and then waited... More

The food is excellent at the Geronimo's, and I have been there several times in the past. However, the year we had the big snowstorm here in NM and the freeway was completely closed, we were unable to go up to Santa Fe and make New Year's dinner. We canceled the reservation as soon as we could, but they still... More

Topped off a trip to SF at Geronimo's. Wonderful service, great ambiance and amazing food. Second night after Full Moon. Clear sky. Bliss!

We dined at Geronimo on 8/21/2015, a very busy Santa Fe weekend with the Indian Market the next two days. We were satisfied with the cozy booth table, but as the meal progressed, and the restaurant became busier & busier, the amount of "traffic" traipsing back and forth right next to us became tiresome. The pear salad, the scallops with... More

No complaints about good food and good wine... But prices are out of line -- not by much, just by about $4-5 per item -- just enough to be annoying. Attentive service that is trained, rather than real. Doesn't fit Santa Fe, nor does any of it fit my description of a truly great restaurant. Too precious. $52 for a... More

Geronimo's was the perfect setting for our son's birthday celebration dinner. From the wonderful cocktails to start (can you get more New Mexican than a Hatch green chile Margarita? I think not!) to the delectable starters, mains and dessert. The special soft-shell crab BLT was a remarkable blending of sea and land and the tuna tartare was a very high... More
