Geronimo is an all-time favorite, and it never disappoints. Fantastic ingredients and imaginative preparation make for great food; and perfect service makes for a perfect meal. Geronimo's is just simply one of the best restaurants for a foodie.

We had asked for a table by the fireplace. We were seated by a non-working one. Instead they had candles in the fireplace. I was a bit disappointed. I did not have an appetizer but had the elk. It was very tender but I wasn't crazy about it, unlike all the myriad reviews that have been written about it. For... More

Perfection...that's hard to achieve in the restaurant world! Our meal on the Friday after Thanksgiving was a top 2 in the world for us, only behind a quaint inn in Provence and on par with George's on the Cove in La Jolla. Don't miss this Canyon Road experience and I highly recommend our selection of Cauliflower Bisque, the Branzino and... More

We really enjoyed our evening at Geronimo. Particularly outstanding menu items were the Ahi Tuna Sashimi/Poke appetizer and the Chili Prawn entree. The service was very efficient but a little stiff and unfriendly. It was a fun people watching spot in a pleasant dining room. It's located on Canyon Road. No view.

My wife liked it, I did not. I am not a foodie, I like food I can recognize. But clearly this is a very popular place so I think it is a matter of what you are looking for. I like friendly service providing good quality meals. In my view this spot is a tad pretentious - exactly what I... More

It was quiet when we were there on aWednesday night. My elk with mashed potatoes and pea pods and mushrooms was tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. My wife had the foie gras pancake that was outstanding. Her mushroom bisque was to die for. She was a little disappointed in the risotto as a side dish as it was a... More

This elegant place serves wonderful food but is expensive. One of the best dining experiences you will ever have. The service is great but you will probably need a reservation It is on charming Canyon Road near elegant art galleries and other fine restaurants. Despite the name, Geronimo, there are no Indians there! Michael of SantaFe

Located in the middle of the Canyon Road gallery district, Geronimo is the equal of any fine restaurant in the major metropolitan areas. The atmosphere was very good, quiet and comfortable, the service attentive but not overbearing. The food was excellent and well prepared.

It was flawless really. Hard to review without sounding ridiculous. So good, great service. The Elk was remarkable. The foie gras was outstanding.
