Terrific~

What is not to like about this quiet restaurant across the street from a New Mexico State office building?! Knowledgeable servers - smart about the food and wine, as well as the variety of hard liquors and mixed drinks. The bar menu, with its $8 plates, often suitable for sharing, is flat out... read more

Great food, great wine, cool place, with good atmosphere, and a perfect service. Loved this place. If I ever come back to Santa Fé, I'm sure I'll be back to this place.

If they had something between Average and Very Good that would be the choice. Here's why. Food is good, maybe inching close to very good. Its just that its straight forward. Now, that's fine and must take it in the context of Santa Fe which has some stellar establishments. Nothing wrong with straight forward good. That said, its a little... More

We were on a walking excursion in old town Santa Fe and inspected the menus of a few restaurants. We decided to try Bistro 315. We were pleased with the service and the quality of the food. It is a quaint dining area. Shannon served us. She is affable, attentive and helpful in the selection of the fare for the... More

Mudh improved since they put a full bar in and the food has also improved. It's a French menu, and the steak/frites is always good or the duck confit. Much improved in the decor which was getting rather tattty.. has an outside area in the summer.. Fun place..

Had reservations for New Year's Eve, which was a fixed priced menu - no issues there. Choices were reasonable. Service was mediocre at the start, the staff was clearly overwhelmed and could not properly take care of everyone. They would have been better off by reducing the number of reservations and actually taking care of people. Our reservations were for... More

Bistro 315 is a unique small, charming and delightful Bistro which could also be situated on a side street in Paris, Berlin, Milano, Copenhagen or Alsace-Lorraine small eateries where the ambience is "bistro-bistro"! It's always busy, lots of locals and visitors alike enjoying the many varieties of excellent wines. Sometimes, Chef/Owner Louis Moscow is seen in the Bar or in... More

Went with a good friend. There is a menu option where you choose 5 different things for $35. Steak, Brussel Sprouts, Wine & Appetizer all were fabulous. I highly recommend this establishment for great food, great wine and wonderful atmosphere.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants over the years in Santa Fe and the quality of the food did not disappoint during recent evening out. The prices for the appetizers felt a bit over the top as a mere eggplant salad was $15 to start. I was going to try the French Onion Soup but passed on it... More

We went for the special promotion of never frozen king crab entrees. When we arrived, we were informed that we hadn't reserved the crab in advance which might be a problem. As it developed, there was enough crab for us to get a decent serving. We started with a bowl of french onion soup and a salad. Both were $15... More
