Wonderful service, great food, amazing squash blossom beignet!

Enjoyed our romantic dinner at 315 for a start of a fun evening. We had the halibut and veal entrees after an exquisite squash blossom beignet and the fresh farmer's market salad. Excellent service by both our server and host. We will come again next time in Santa Fe.

We shared a delightful dining experience with friends gathered around a table on the shaded patio. Four of us ordered off the menu while the other two had specials of the night. All of our dinners were creative and well prepared. My steak (steak frites) was one of the best ever. The crispy calamari Caesar salad is also a must... More

When there are so many top-notch restaurants to choose from in Santa Fe, I'm afraid that "average" is just not good enough. The food was OK, as was the service. And I could have done without the dead cockroach lying on the windowsill next to my seat!

Our party of three shared the calamari Cesar salad, which was the best thing we ate. The halibut, baked in a sauce with veggies was dry; the schnitzel was oddly seasoned and lifeless. A disappointment, though the wait staff was excellent. Years ago this restaurant was renowned for its French food. Enjoyed the patio ambience, but there are better restaurants... More

We very much enjoyed our dinner at Bistro 315. Nice weather to sit outside. The food was delicious, taste was balanced, portion was good. Overall we left with feeling great without being starving as in other expensive restaurants. We had Alaskan halibut and steak frites and 2 glasses of wine. The fries was very crisp which was nice. The fish... More

The setting, the staff, the service!, the wine selection ( and a great bar menu for cocktails too!) are only surpassed by THE FOOD! An ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL DINING EXPERIENCE! 2nd to none in Santa Fe or all of New Mexico! Rivaling the finest restaurants anywhere, the outdoor patio garden is serene and right in the heart of everything! A gem!

We had passed 315 many times, but this time, looking for a fine dining experience, we reserved. We were not disappointed: the rooms are very well appointed and the ambiance everything we wanted. Even with a wine dinner going on, the noise level was energetic but not overwhelming. The menu, with its classic standards, added a long list of today's... More

My wife and I unknowingly saved the "best for last" as we had dinner our last night of a 3-day visit in Santa Fe at the Bistro 315. We had walked by this restaurant on several previous visits, but being open only for dinner, it was closed during the day. We ate dinner and lunch at several of our other... More

.... but a bit disappointing start. The weather was fantastic so an al fresco dinner was in order and the hostess was very accommodating... even without reservations which you should probably have on a Friday night. Starting out light with the basil wrapped shrimp and the crispy calamari Caesar salad, both of which were somewhat disappointing... both lacking any favor,... More

The door and the service were outstanding. It has not been easy to find both in the same place. The concierge at our hotel recommend Bistro 315, saying it was her favorite place. We totally agree. The online menu is limited, never fear... There are tons of specials. We had the 32 oz Prime rib for two with Bearnise sauce,... More
