Eat with the locals. Great New Mexican style breakfast and lunch. Inexpensive. Green chile is excellent. Lunch is great too, but breakfast is the very best you can get in Santa Fe, so long as your idea of breakfast is hearty comfort food.

Had reservations for New Year's Eve, which was a fixed priced menu - no issues there. Choices were reasonable. Service was mediocre at the start, the staff was clearly overwhelmed and could not properly take care of everyone. They would have been better off by reducing the number of reservations and actually taking care of people. Our reservations were for... More

Bistro 315 is a unique small, charming and delightful Bistro which could also be situated on a side street in Paris, Berlin, Milano, Copenhagen or Alsace-Lorraine small eateries where the ambience is "bistro-bistro"! It's always busy, lots of locals and visitors alike enjoying the many varieties of excellent wines. Sometimes, Chef/Owner Louis Moscow is seen in the Bar or in... More

Went with a good friend. There is a menu option where you choose 5 different things for $35. Steak, Brussel Sprouts, Wine & Appetizer all were fabulous. I highly recommend this establishment for great food, great wine and wonderful atmosphere.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants over the years in Santa Fe and the quality of the food did not disappoint during recent evening out. The prices for the appetizers felt a bit over the top as a mere eggplant salad was $15 to start. I was going to try the French Onion Soup but passed on it... More

We went for the special promotion of never frozen king crab entrees. When we arrived, we were informed that we hadn't reserved the crab in advance which might be a problem. As it developed, there was enough crab for us to get a decent serving. We started with a bowl of french onion soup and a salad. Both were $15... More

Try the bar at 315, great service a nice selection of wine and very tasty bites. Usually some well priced and delicious special, stuffed squash blossoms, crab claws, or oysters on the half shell depending on the season.

The concierge had recommended the Bistro for its GF-friendly dining experience. We made reservations for a Saturday night and were warmly greeted by the maitre d'. Our waiter was personable, but overstretched by too many tables seeking his attention. My steak was not prepared as I had requested (medium/well), but arrived medium/rare. The French fries, cut long and shoelace thin,... More

We travel to Santa Fe once each year and have eaten at Bistro 315 four or more times. This visit was actually our first for a couple of years and it seemed that the place had been remodeled since our last visit but in a good way that made it even more cozy and welcoming. The reception and subsequent service... More
