We travel to Santa Fe once each year and have eaten at Bistro 315 four or more times. This visit was actually our first for a couple of years and it seemed that the place had been remodeled since our last visit but in a good way that made it even more cozy and welcoming. The reception and subsequent service... More

Santa Fe is a real food town, and in over a decade as residents Bistro 315 has stayed at the top our list. Chef/owner Louis Moskow keeps the menu seasonal and fresh, while maintaining incredible regular dishes like our celebration favorite, cote de boeuf for two. He is a gifted wine explorer -- coming up recently with an exceptional and... More

Stopped in for a cocktail and also ordered some food from the bar menu. The food was very good, inexpensive and the wines by the glass were reasonably priced given the quality. It's a small charming place.

Over priced, inattentive waiter, lack of utensils and the fish we had was terrible. Total and complete disappointment. With so many options in Santa Fe, we have crossed this one off our list. Saw the great reviews, but, beware that it could be a crap shoot.

We had a very good meal here. We were impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. Very friendly manager and staff and excellent service. Prices were reasonable for the quality. We dined inside but there was nice patio seating also available.

Stopped in for a simple glass of wine to start the evening. We ended up having a cheese plate and an heirloom tomato salad, which was delicious. That simple glass of wine lasted about 3 hours, as we made friends there and enjoyed the ambience.

They will let you order off the regular dinner menu, the bar menu, specials, split dishes, whatever, regardless of whether or not you are in the dining room or bar area. Entrees were good, a little pricey. Charcuterie on bar menu at $8 is very good value, and well executed. You could eat very well for not much money by... More

We had a little table outside. It's a nice patio and great to enjoy a warm evening. The service was attentive and the food was good. I had the vegetarian entree and it was creative and flavorful. It wasn't over the top but a solid meal pick.

The ambiance is quaint and lovely. The waitress was very helpful. The price for these tapas was $8 each and since we weren't hungry that sounded just perfect for limited appetites. We had a selection of cheese tray, assorted meats tray and fried calamari.. I actually dreamt about the pate with pistachio nuts. It was so delicious we went back... More
