I had lunch last week with friends at Chez Mamou. All the dishes were delicious and all 7 of us cleaned our plates. Literally. My spinach crepe was very good. The Eggs Benedict that 3 others ate must have been terrific because not even a bit of bread was left. I'm taking my husband there for breakfast very soon. It's... More

This French bistro is in a quiet location on a shady street. It has a lovely ambience inside and outdoors. The food we tried on two different days was excellent. We had eggs Benedict and croissants right from the oven. The owner said almost everything is made from scratch in-house, including stock for soups and sauces. Don't miss the gem... More

Four stars for the pastries and croissants, particularly the almond and cheese croissants. We stayed down the street for four nights and I walked here each morning for goodies. It was a nice routine to fall into. The old guy who bakes in the back is sweet. The woman who appears to run the place, not so much.

We went here on the recommendation of our concierge at the hotel. Walking distance from our hotel and great location with outdoor seating which was nice. The menu is very nice with lots of wonderful choices. Trying to get coffee, however, was an adventure that went on for the entire length of our breakfast. Every time we asked for something,... More

You must visit Chez Mamou! We came for sunday brunch. We had a lovely table on the patio. White linens, simple elegance. Croissants right out of the oven, yummy cheese danish. So buttery and flaky. Quiche, french toast and coffee. Excellent, friendly service, even better than the food if thats possible. I would love to come back for dinner Ps... More

Two of us went to chez mamou for dinner.....the glasses of wine we requested initially - lesser expensive selections - were unavailable even tho they were on the menu. we were given tastes of other wines and settled on some other choices. (On our bill we were overcharged $3 for one glass but at that point we were just ready... More

The pastry was as good as any I've ever eaten. The staff was superb in every way. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious. Even the atmospheric music was divine. Don't miss it!

Have been at least once-a-year visitor to Santa Fe for over 30 years. Decided to try a new place for breakfast and it was quite pleasant and food was good. So we decided to go back for dinner. That was a mistake. The service was the worst I've ever had in all my years visiting Santa Fe. We had a... More

We found this little restaurant on our first day in Santa Fe. We loved it so much that we had to come back for a second time. From the French Onion Soup, to the fresh baked bred, to the entries and desserts, EVERYTHING was prepared with the finest of ingredients. I wish we could pack this restaurant up and stuff... More
