The brunch menu sounded reasonable but our total came to $22 per person and we were not quite full. The food was good but not as good as a dozen other breakfast places we enjoy in Santa Fe and the entrees were almost French-small. (My spinach crepe came with six one-inch pieces of potato.) The fruit cup was fresh, generous... More

Chez Mamou is a delightful bistro located a few blocks from the plaza in downtown Santa Fe. We had a delightful dinner with friends on a cold December night. The crepes were excellent, the soups delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a place we will return to--soon.

Tired of galleries and art, it was time for lunch, so we stopped into this little gem of a restaurant/bead shop side by side and found a great selection of crepes for lunch, very good indeed! Being somewhat tired of hot Southwestern foods, we decided to visit for dinner, and we were so delighted we came back for two nights... More

Wow! How can they charge so little and deliver such high quality French Cuisine? White table cloths, perfect Cordon Blue, nice smooth French Bordeaux by the glass and we thought they made a mistake on the bill it was so LOW! Went back our last night as there were more entrees we wanted to try and we had the delightful... More

This place is a gem! A small French Bistro sharing space with a jewelry store. How European! The menu is extensive and has something for everyone, all prepared with pride and care. The sauces are elegant, smooth and rich. Not a place to bring a diet. I would recommend any of the chicken dishes as well as the pork medallions,... More

My husband and i came here after a glowing recommendation. It is ok but not great. We had 2 small plates. Both had too much bacon, while yummy it over powered the other flavors. The mussels dish was too salty. I had chicken cordon blu. The sauce was good but the chicken was over cooked and heavy. The veggies and... More

The bakeries is good, but there is no a big choice of croissants or pastries. It is the place for one breakfast but no more.

First the good news - On a friend's recommendation, we stopped for dessert and coffee in the afternoon. The pastries were WONDERFUL! We looked at the dinner menu and asked about the duck confit. We were told it was a great choice. Based on this, we made reservations for dinner that evening. Now the bad news - When we arrived... More

I love this little bistro and bakery in East Palace Avenue they serve light meals including a hearty soup that changes daily. Their tarts and truffles are divine so leave a space got them or take them with you for a snack later on. They make incredible meringues with chocolate, coconut and almonds. They are light and perfectly crisp on... More

My horrible experience was not the fault of the young man who served me. He was apparently inexperienced but well intended. The management on the other hand was unacceptable. The restaurant was using a tablet for payment and was unable to give me an accurate itemized receipt (which I needed to provide to my employer). My waiter explained that the... More
