Good but not great

Ate dinner here and really liked it but menu has changed and is limited. Food was good but had expected it to be great based on other reviews.

Wait Staff woeful - slow - do not pay attention to the table needs. The food is strictly mediocre and served cool to cold when it should be piping hot. With all the other Bakeries and Restaurants in Santa Fe why put up with this one?

Our family took the train from Albuquerque and spent a relaxing morning at the park and Railyard area. We found the Swiss Bistro and came in ready for good food in a relaxing atmosphere. The menu had so many errors, it was impossible to order from it. They were out of cheese and potatoes and every question was answered defensively... More

We planned on breakfast one of our nearby favorites, but ended up here due to a 45 minute wait. We should have known better when there was not another customer in the place on a weekend morning. My wife ordered 2 eggs, bacon and hash browns which would be a nominal $5 - $7 in most places, but here goes... More

The pastries look delicious! We stopped in for breakfast and we're not disappointed. We both had crepes; I had the vegetarian and my husband had one of their signature crepes. We split a croissant. Yum! Very nice waitstaff. We sat on the patio and enjoyed A light breeze. We enjoyed our breakfast that we went back the next morning. This... More

Affordable with a wonderful wait staff and delicious breakfast items ( they serve lunch and dinner as well, but I only had breakfast there). A ten- fifteen minute walk from the Hotel Guadalupe and near lots of shopping and sites.

We had lunch-but enjoyed a breakfast selection-very good. The pastries looked fantastic. Service was very good and prices were reasonable.

This was our breakfast "go to" place for the last 3 years we've been coming to Santa Fe. Both food and service has really declined. We waited a good 45 minutes for our food, and there was only one other table with customers. And my husband's eggs in his eggs Benedict dish were over-cooked and almost hard-boiled! Too bad. There... The Swiss Bistro and Bakery is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal in Santa Fe. The pastries are an unregretted indulgence, crafted by genuine European pastry chefs, and their coffee is deliciously strong. I love the veggie stuffed croissant, but everything I've tried on the menu (all vegetarian items) have been above par. The main issue is... More
