Cakes looked inviting but were very disappointing ... we visited because it was crowded and needed a hit of coffee.. the first thing we discovered was we had to pay cash so I had to go off to an ATM. That was fine it was not to far away .. but it was a disturbance .. We were both really... More

We decided to try this place as a cross between pastry breakfast and regular breakfast. The food was inconsistent. The stuffed croissant was good enough, and my husband ate it all. The server initially said that there were two kinds of quiche - mushroom, bacon and ham. Then they didn't have the mushroom, so I ordered the mushroom crepe and... More

The very name "Swiss" is usually indicative of old world quality and excellence. Unfortunately this place is severely lacking. For starters the service is very poor - after we were seated and orders were taken we were waiting for a full our to finally receive the food. Sitting around for that long one would expect at least for the coffee... More

We were there for after dinner coffees, wine and beer - and also the pastries - found many of the things we like, and the atmosphere was a pleasantly sophisticated (a definite contrast to the nearby Cowgirl Bar). Friendly and efficient staff.

We were lucky enough to follow through on a recommendation to the Swiss Bistro and were not disappointed. Silky crepes with caramelized bananas and excellent coffee was the perfect way to start a day of serious shopping. For something more New Mexican, try their Huevos Rancheros. It was a great find and we recommend it to anyone, especially if you... More

My husband and I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. The bistro was only about 1/3 full. We waited for 10 minutes for waiter to come and take our order and another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. That said, the food was delicious, the vegetables were fresh and prepared perfectly. The potions sizes were good - not... More

Dropped by this place on a Saturday morning. Excellent all around. From the outside I expected sort-of a hole-in-the-wall, but it is a full service, nicely appointed restaurant. Immediate seating. Experienced, courteous waitstaff. Food variety, quality and portion size excellent. Prices a little above average, but still decent: $35 for 2 adults and a child. Nice appearance in the front... We ate lunch here the other day. We saw the guy out front dressed like a Swiss alps character and wanted to eat something different, so we thought this would be the place to have a meal reminiscent of Switzerland or at least with a little European flair. Our meal was neither Swiss, unique or worthy of a recommendation. The... More

I had a curried corn soup - hot! Great bread with it. Staff were super friendly. The Irish music by Gerry Carthy was excellent. Multi instrumentalist and singer from Mayo who plays here every week, Fridays & Sundays, I think (but check that).
