Great food--worth the wait

We ate here twice during our holiday visit to Santa Fe. Our first visit was on Christmas Day and the staff was full of holiday spirit. The crepes and pastries are wonderful. The kitchen seems a little slow, but the food is great!

We read the reviews about poor service on TripAdvisor, and gave this restaurant a pass for dinner (though the menu looked tempting). We decided instead to try it for breakfast. We found the crepes to be quite good, and the service was prompt. The pastries were also excellent. However, it wasn't very crowded, so I'm not sure what the delays... More

After searching out to find at least one place on Santa Fe with a reputation for eggs Benedict, this place kept coming up but after our food came I was sorely disappointed as the presentation was minimal at best. The eggs Benedict were too salty and not really reputation worthy based on what I had read. The redeeming quality was... More

OK, my wife and I dropped in for pastries and ordered a complete breakfast. The chef creates some amazing breakfast entrees well worth the wait, and yes they do make their own chocolate.

The food served here is second to none for breakfast! The Orange Juice was Fresh Squeezed and large.. Our party of four all raved about the creative breakfast entrees. The owner was friendly, however the staff was a bit confused, and ponderously slow. If one doesn't mind a pleasant, relaxing breakfast with No Rush whatsoever, but with simply delicious food, this... I'm in every week the food and the staff are great. Highly recommended. The coffee and the pastries are always fresh. I have ordered two birthday cakes from here and they were moist and delicious.

The food is excellent and so are the pastries. The santa fe stuffed crossiant is incredible has New Mexico hatch green chile. There pastries are to die for. my favorite would have to be the Napleon.

I wish it were not so. Several weeks ago I wrote a review and allowed that the bake goods were very good, BUT the service was poor. I tried again this morning. I was the only person there at the time. I ordered breakfast. Same story. With 5 staff person on hand, I had to call first one and then... More

There are good places for breakfast and lunch in Santa Fe but this is not one of them. My girlfriend ordered a salad with lemon dressing that had no lemon and the oil tasted so rancid she couldn't eat it. I ordered a croissant with eggs, cheese and such that was pretty good, but the potatoes came when I was... More

Four of us went here for lunch today. After ordering we waited an eternity for the food to arrive.....onion soup was cold, burger inedibly cooked, caprese salad drowned in oil, grilled cheese was ok. Oh yes....and finally too pricey for choices. Never again!
