So Yummy

Great food with many items to choose. The artisan crafted Guacamole is hug yourself yummy and the blue corn enchilada (shredded chicken) was filling and good. Adrian was an excellent waiter.

I ordered the signature Blue corn tortilla enchiladas with the Christmas sauce. What I receive was a very greasy plate with cold rice and flavorless beans. We had to ask several times for chips and salsa, drinks, etc. Just a below average experience.

I was excited. Food network spot... menu looked good online... But the bad experience started on the phone when I called on our way over to ask whether there was a wait. They insisted we needed to reserve, but when we got there (6 pm Friday), there was almost no one there. That was a big hint that this place... More

The last meal of my week plus business + play trip to New Mexico turned out to be the best. We returned late from an impromptu visit to Bandalier National Monument, not having dinner plans. We were seated quickly at Chimayo and had a wonderful dining experience. The mole was outstanding as were the other dishes. The owner came by... More

After reading reviews on Tripadvisor, we decided to try this Santa Fe spot while on vacation. It was one of the worst dining experiences ever. First of all, we made a reservation and when we arrived were seated immediately but literally almost in the entry way at a table the size of a postage stamp when there were clearly better... More

We arrived on a Saturday night around 6:30. One dining room was completely full so we were seated in the other dining room. This also filled up rather quickly, with larger parties. We found the server was not able to get to us as quickly as we wanted after he delivered our drinks. My Margarita made with agave wine was... More

We ended up here because one of the more popular Southwestern restaurants had a long wait and this was right around the corner from our hotel. Locally owned with great atmosphere and excellently prepared fresh food.

If you are going to be in Santa Fe during restaurant week, you must dine here. We got a sneak taste of what they will be serve and it was amazing. Make sure you save room for dessert and say hi to the donkey for me and my family.

Stopped here at the end of brunch service on a Sunday. Things were slowing down, but the food was very good. Blue corn cheese enchiladas. Also tried El Nido de Chimayo: poached eggs served with spinach, pintos, and chicos (smoked corn). Everything was delicious. The enchiladas were made with tortillas from Alicia's, and they were excellent. Our waiter was friendly... More
