I was in Santa Fe on business and stumbled across Tia's. I had the beef tongue tacos and they were excellent. At $12 for three tacos, it was a great value. I will be sure to stop by Tia's the next time I am in town!

My family and I had a fabulous dinner here. Chef Estevan came out to talk about his chiles, and we had a chance to dab our fresh corn tortillas in any sauce that remained. My daughter loved the tomatoes with queso blanco, my husband loved his steak with red chiles and my pollo was fresh and succulent. Both the traditional... More

The beer was only lukewarm. The food wasn't awful; it just wasn't very good. I've had meals at chain restaurants which were much better. Everything was just... More

The main dining area is upstairs with a decent view of the local area. Downstairs is a wine bar that serves local wines. The service was excellent and the food was superb. I would recommend to others.

Tio Maurico couldn't reach Tia Lena when he decided to give this relatively-new restaurant in a downtown hotel a try for lunch yesterday, so he went by himself intent on the burrito de chicharrón - one of those old-fashioned, homey dishes that hardly ever turns up away from el hogar - in the menu posted near the front door. The... More

Authentic recipes from the families living in Chimayo. Serving delicious blue corn and pinon nut pancakes and the green chili and fried potatoes are fabulous!
