The best tamales!

Juan Carlos' Salvadorian Tamales are SOOOOO good! Wrapped in banana leaves.... they are so much more tender than the run-of-the-mill tamales served all over Santa Fe! And generous portions of chicken inside! Also try the freshly made potato chips! A real treat!

We had lunch at the restaurant today, two sandwiches which were eatable, but not very good nor as described on the menu. There around 1 PM and only 3 tables with customers. We do not plan on going there again, sorry.

This restaurants touts itself as Latin American, but you certainly can find some typical New Mexican fare here as well. We were here on a Saturday at 5:00 and the place was quiet. It was a cozy atmosphere, good for talking. The entrees have unique twists that make them special. There was a nice array of vegetarian options. Our server... More

Great place to stop outside of busy town to eat. Very clean and nice people. Food was the real deal southwest grub. Try the poblanos they are stuffed with everything. Best I've had.

This is a great restaurant in Eldorado that should be visited by all. The menu selection is very nice, the staff is phenomenally nice and professional, and the food has beautiful flavors. Definitely try the home-made chips as an appetizer. They also have a wonderful breakfast/brunch on Sundays that is not to be missed. Also, check out all the art... More

This neighborhood restaurant in a shopping center in Eldorado has New Mexican food that equals the best of any other restaurant in the Santa Fe area. The Sunday brunch is an inexpensive treat with enchiladas, stuffed green chiles, other New Mexican treats plus traditional fare such as French toast and eggs.

We had the burgers and the scallop/shrimp ceviche. The burgers were cooked perfectly, were juicy and delicious. The bun was a fresh baked roll and over all for the Santa Fe area it is an above average burger. The ceviche came with plenty of perfectly ripe avocado cubes which made it visually appealing. The tortilla chips were crunchy, fresh and... More

Lucky me...this is my “go to” local neighborhood restaurant. In the past 4 years I have had dozens of meals here (lunch or dinner) and every one has hit the mark. The menu is not changed so often that you are disappointed that your favorites have disappeared. However, there are new items added as well as daily specials to try... More

They serve some great black beans, yuca, a real treat to find here, nice setting, love the art currently hanging. This restaurant does a good job whatever you order and while it is open and casual, there is an intimate feel I enjoy. Nice, nice wait staff.

We visited this restaurant with a specific agenda. We are buying a house nearby and wanted to check out the nearest eatery. We were very pleased with our first visit. A nice selection of cold, mostly south of the border and local brews. I tried the Plato topical which was a good education in central cuisine. My companion said his... More
