This restaurant is more of a locals joint. The food is similar to what is served in most northern New Mexico homes. I had the carnitas which was perfect along with my sopapilla. Try the chile cheese fries (red) they will not disappoint

I live in Santa Fe. The food is consistent which I believe is important. Always fresh. One of the few authentic new mexican restaurants left in Santa Fe. My favorite is bean burrito with green chili. Yummy!

By far one of the best Indian Taco's I've ever had. I forgot that this is like one of the only places that has an Indian taco on the menu. Great chile and exceptional service. Our server was really on it and got our food and drinks to us in lightening fast speed. Okay maybe not that fast but we... More

My best friend and I always come to PC's when we are in Santa Fe. You can't get better, authentic NM food. This trip, it was the first place we hit once we were in town. Just the best!

My husband and I travel to Santa Fe 3 or 4 times a year and our favorite place to eat is a Restaurant called PC's. This is not a fancy restaurant but it is a family oriented place where everyone is friendly. The servers go out of their way to help you pick the right sauce or chilies for your... More

A great family atmosphere and great food and awesome margarita's. Every Friday night you can see the President of the Santa Fe Rodeo shacking hands with all the fine friends and family who appreciate the easy going, friendly atmosphere.

A restaurant full of locals always says the food is authentic. Not fancy food, but good old home cooking. Both the red and green chile is good. Not too much of a bite, but very tasty. Carnitas enchiladas with red chile is what is always enjoyed by us. Always. The sopaipillas are a little sweet, different than others around town.... More

We asked for a good local "joint". Pcs was close and met our requirements. We love Tex-Mex, but wanted something more New Mex-Mex. I had a hamburger on a flour tortilla smothered in green and red chiles ( found out this is called Christmas chiles ). It could have been shoe leather smothered in green and red chiles and it... I went to PC's for the first time for lunch. I went with a good friend. We both had the tacos. The tacos come with a small bowl of beans and some salsa for the tacos. I ordered chicken and with crunchy shells. The tacos were good and the beans were about average. The salsa was fairly spicy. The service... More
