Good food and good value.

The staff at the Marriott Courtyard recommended PC's and we thought it was very good after a long day of driving. We had the Wednesday special - Green Chili Enchilada casserole. Similar to the King Ranch Chicken casserole in Texas but better. The server was excellent and very friendly.

Tried PC's for dinner tonight. Had Wednesday special of green chili enchilada casserole with beans and rice. Tasty and very good beans and rice. Daughter had the largest soft tacos I've seen. She could only eat two of three. Service was very attentive.

This is where we eat when we feel like grandmas chili! Best in 60 miles! If you really want the taste of NM you found the right spot!

This fine establishment has been a local favorite for many years and for good reasons, the New Mexican style food is tasty. However, as far as healthy choices on the menu, there are virtually none. Good to have if you want New Mexico comfort foods, but not good if you are into health and fitness. Solid 3 stars

There are plenty of great New Mexican restaurants for tourists downtown like Tia Sophia's and Tomasita's. PC's is a great spot for locals. The red chile and carnitas are delicious. Full bar with excellent margaritas and salty dogs. My husband always gets the enchiladas and loves them. Just overall, a great place to visit out of the tourist center.

When you want to go to a restaurant that reminds you of dinner at grandma's, this is a great place to go! I'm not sure you can find a chicharone burrito at any other restaurant in Santa Fe and probably not at this low price and fantastic taste. This restaurant was one of my parent's favorites and I had forgotten... More

I have eaten at PC's many times and today, coming back from a hike at La Cieneguilla I brought several friends in for lunch thinking the food would be good, as had been my previous experiences. Not today! I had the special - it was full of gristle, the lettuce was stale, the beans were dried out, the rice and... More

The salsa seemed like something from a jar. The chicken quesodias(spelling?) were dry. The enchiladas were okay but not great. We had a nice young waitress but she needs some time to get better. She will be fine I'm sure. The fried bread with honey was the best part.

This restaurant is more of a locals joint. The food is similar to what is served in most northern New Mexico homes. I had the carnitas which was perfect along with my sopapilla. Try the chile cheese fries (red) they will not disappoint
