After a big lunch my wife and I were looking for a light dinner in Santa Fe. A recommendation from a helpful clerk at the Inn of the Governors led us to Vinaigrette, billed as a salad place. I remember not expecting having a terrific dining experience. But from the energentically attentive and charming waiter to the outstanding "Tuna Salad... More

I had a solo lunch here and it was one of the best meals I've had on my several-months-long trip. I took a chance on visiting at Valentine's Day lunchtime and it was indeed quite full, but the nice lady bartender immediately gave me a menu and pointed out a couple tables for me to choose from. Service from my... More

The smoothies are amazing. Everything is made fresh to order, which makes it taste even better. The quality ingredients and friendly staff make this a place worth visiting.

We tried the kale special and the yam special. Excellent. - kale, an awesome dressing with veggies and mixed in chicken. The size looks the same as other salads, but it is far more dense and filing. Definitely a winner. - yam, a tasty dish with only a few ingredients. For an extra $6, they give a small portion of... More

They make salads that look like art!!! Always consistently excellent!! Also, very quick in getting your food out..it's lovely when the weather is good to sit outside, but get there early or late as it's packed. I've never had an issue there except one rather snooty and rude waiter, who still works there. Who said something extremely rude and unecessary... More

Where are you going to find fresh, fresh, fresh? Chopped green kale with chicken, avocado spicy crispy Pepitas! And that is just one of several unique salads. And there fried Kale and roasted brussels sprouts. The soups are outstanding.

This place is a favorite. Each time we go to Santa Fe, we plan eat here. Not easy o find, tucked behind another place on Cerillos near Paseo del Peralta. Look for their large truck parked near the main street. They grow all their won veggies and it tastes it. Superb freshness and flavors. So many salads to choose from... More

Go to place in Santa Fe to meet friends or a date for a tasty, healthy meal and a glass of wine on the outdoor patio or indoors in the warm, hip, comfortable open dinning room. Delicious salad entries with or without fresh grilled protein options, warm homemade bread, nice wine and beer selection, delicious deserts. Friendly, attentive and efficient... More

We recently moved to Santa Fe from Marin County in California, and while we love southwestern food...we missed the Iighter fare we are used to in Northern California. Vinaigrette solved that problem! Not only is the food fresh, beautiful greens in the middle of a cold January as an example, but the combinations are well crafted and delicious. They do... More
