We ate here twice during our two day trip

This is within walking distance of the Hotel Santa Fe. It's a small, casual place with fresh farm to table ingredients. The menu, although all salads, is incredible. We went our first night, and it was so good that we had to return for lunch another day.

We had a wonderful dinner here. The 'chickpea duo' starter with housemade hummus, olive/chickpea tapenade and delicious grilled bread really started things off on a good note. That put our 2 hungry yet picky teenagers in a good mood and let them loosen up and enjoy some of the best salads we have ever had. Service was a little indifferent... More

We were so happy when we found Vinaigrette in Santa Fe. We visit Santa Fe at least once a year and at some point on our trip we really crave something light and healthy. The salads are so fresh and taste delicious. I especially like the Cobb salad. You can really see that they take great pride in serving fresh... More

By far the best salads in Santa Fe! Everything is incredibly fresh and beautifully prepared. Always bustling and friendly. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but it's well worth it. Come a little later and not too difficult. You will be glad you did, seriously, everything on the menu is delish!!!

I ate here for the first time and was delighted by the wonderful pear salad and the roasted brussel sprouts with avacado. I did not know that salad could taste so good! The restaurant interior is charming as well.

If you like salads, this is a place not to miss. Delicious fresh blends of veggies creatively named and prepared. The salads are huge and very filling and they have plenty of meat and fish options to add to them if you need more protein. I had the Omega sale and it was delicious. Was able to take the leftover... Ok, this was so good, we went here several times during the week. Every meal/dish (our group shared everything) was outstanding. The Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Pecans, and Avocado Mash were one of the faves. Tried several adult beverages and "house" beverages, e.g., Hibiscus tea * grapefruit - so thirst quenching. The Ginger, Turmeric, and Carrot Juice VERY different and good.... More

After a big lunch my wife and I were looking for a light dinner in Santa Fe. A recommendation from a helpful clerk at the Inn of the Governors led us to Vinaigrette, billed as a salad place. I remember not expecting having a terrific dining experience. But from the energentically attentive and charming waiter to the outstanding "Tuna Salad... More

I had a solo lunch here and it was one of the best meals I've had on my several-months-long trip. I took a chance on visiting at Valentine's Day lunchtime and it was indeed quite full, but the nice lady bartender immediately gave me a menu and pointed out a couple tables for me to choose from. Service from my... More
