Vinaigrette is a bright and modern bistro housed within a charming old adobe in historic Santa Fe. The hip restaurant specializes in creative entree salads, soups and grilled meats that utilize fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients--including produce grown on the restaurant's farm just north of town. Excellent, affordable wine list and microbrew beer on draft complement the cuisine. Open 11am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday.

Very good salads and Jazz (C.D.) in the background.

We did get tired of the New Mexico food and appreciated very good salads with range of protein to top them off. The restaurant is pleasant and they play excellent Jazz C.D.s in the background. We ate here twice on the trip and really enjoyed it.

We really enjoyed the fresh salads! There were so many choices that we had trouble deciding. Each of us selected a different salad and each one was delicious to the eyes as well as to the palate. We'll go back soon!

The owner grows most of the ingredients at her farm outside of town. The variety of salads offered make it hard to choose. I particularly like the French Salad which is frisse with lardons, and a perfectly poached egg on top. The vinaigrette dressing is perfect.

This is all about vegetables and salads. Extremely light meals with additions of meats and seafoods if desired. There are a great selection of varietal salads with kale, frisee, all types of greens. You don't come here for a standard iceberg lettuce dish. The combos are very intriguing and meat/seafood pairings are suggested. I had the Nutty Pearfessor which was... More

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant with a good vegetable offering. Our hotel recommended Vinaigrette. What a great place. The outdoor patio is welcoming and the salads are delicious. Fresh and flavorful. The wait staff is on top of things. We enjoyed it so much for dinner that we later returned for lunch.

A great food adventure with seasonal and local produce. Good atmosphere with Spanish guitar on the patio.

I reviewed Vinaigrette 2 months ago and was very complimentary. We returned this week, arriving at about 8:15 p.m. on a week night. I again had the Asian salad with the added shrimp, and it was a different experience. The shrimp were barely above room temperature and were very tough, rubbery and tasteless - a disappointment after they had been... More

My husband and I enjoyed lunch at this airy light restaurant with a lovely patio. My beet and pistachio salad was wonderful and my husband's pea salad was beautiful. Both could have had a little more dressing for flavor. The menu said baby greens for both our salads, but it was actually spring mix

On a Santa Fe visit a few years ago we enjoyed Vinaigrette well enough to return several times. Once was enough on this trip, as both my Chipotle Chicken soup and my husband's Cuban Torta sandwich were greasy. Also had to ask a second time for bread to accompany the soup.
