Great place, interesting options.

I love salad. I just want to put that out there. This place does an amazing job creating intriguing and different salads from local and seasonal vegetables. I enjoy eating here indoors and out, and the waitstaff has always been very polite and friendly. If you don't want salad, you can enjoy a soup... read more

I enjoy eating here indoors and out, and the waitstaff has always been very polite and friendly. If you don't want salad, you can enjoy a soup or a different kind of salad.

Delicious light creative food. Simple ambiance. Parking difficult at busy times but worth the effort. Portions light to average.

Occasionally you need the palliative power of a healthy salad - that where this restaurant shines. Pears, beets, arugula, and goat cheese are some of the featured ingredients of this spacious, comfortable restaurant. The service is responsive, the bread (with oil and balsamic vinegar) is tasty, and the acoustics are quiet - a welcome respite from the common bustle of... More

We love this delightful casual restaurant and always eat here at least once every trip. The salads are very creative and the ingredients are top quality. We especially love sitting outside in the shady patio.

Parking is a problem. Menu is cutesy and heavily Kale. Had the mushroom soup that as advertised had varieties of mushrooms but thin broth. Should be served with bread but was not. Beverages listed were strange. Service was slow and unsteady.

We dined at Vinagrette based on a recommendation of friends who loved it. The place is charming, we sat outside and our waiter (although giving it his best) was completely unable to keep up. They were out of BREAD (at 7:00 pm), my husband's Caesar sald had very little dressing, slimy Romaine, and stale croutons. The waiter replaced that with... More

We recently moved to Santa Fe after years of visiting our daughter there. There are so many great restaurants here I'm not sure we will ever run out of new places to try. We recently dined at Vinaigrette after several recommendations from new local friends. I am a huge fan of the local New Mexican food but an occasional departure... More

This was my second chance to enjoy Vinaigrette. Some folks would (inwardly if not overtly) roll their eyes at a salad restaurant, but few would go away from this one disappointed. There are plenty of add ons for the more carnivorous leaning. I absolutely loved the "Eat your peas" salad. Bursting with textures: the soft of the peas and the... More

We loved so many of our meals during our long weekend in Santa Fe, which is a foodie paradise. However, after a while, all that delicious cheese and green chile gets old. This place was the perfect place for dinner mid-way through the trip. The menu is almost all salad dishes, and they are hearty and healthy and delicious. We... More
