Vinaigrette is a bright and modern bistro housed within a charming old adobe in historic Santa Fe. The hip restaurant specializes in creative entree salads, soups and grilled meats that utilize fresh, organic and locally sourced ingredients--including produce grown on the restaurant's farm just north of town. Excellent, affordable wine list and microbrew beer on draft complement the cuisine. Open 11am to 9pm, Monday through Saturday.

Great salads! 90% of menu is salad, with huge variety, and many options for adding meat, seafood, etc. My steak atop the salad was a little too rare for me, and they happily put it back on the grill. They also serve great bread with olive oil. Both of our meals were great, without the heavy, rich feel of most... More

We stumbled onto this restaurant based on a recommendation from a local. The locals know! We arrived just before the lunch rush (expect a line if you arrive at prime time. There was a line out the door by the time we left). Lots of choices and options for adding different proteins to your salad if you wish. Soups were... More

Everything is FRESH. We started with the Kale Balls (seasonal) and Mushroom Stew. Both were incredible. I then had the Arugula & Duck salad which was delicious.

We had high expectations for some good vegetarian food. However, we were very disappointed in the food and stressful dining experience. My Asian chopped salad with grilled tofu was fairly tasty, but my husband's miso based mushroom stew lacked the miso and was a watery and tasteless soup. He had to ask for soy sauce to give the broth some... More

The salads define this place. They are huge and OMG so good. I had the beat salad ("the beat goes on") and a friend had the kale salad. Each was wonderfully good. Service is good but the kitchen can be a bit slow, so if you are in a hurry you should simply move on. But if you some time,... More

This place is a gem! All four of our meals were incredibly delicious. The Panko Crusted Goat Cheese balls were melt in your mouth awesomeness. The homemade Blood Orange Soda was a refreshing variation from the normal run of the mill soft drinks found at other establishments. This place is more than worth any wait to get a table!

We were only in Santa Fe for two nights and chose to eat at Vinaigrette for the first evening. The food, especially the beet salad, was excellent and the atmosphere and service delightful. We liked it so much that we returned the second night and enjoyed it just as much. Reservations don't appear necessary however if you make one you... More
