As others note, this is a nice alternative in Santa Fe. It was just a couple of blocks from the Hotel Santa Fe where we were staying. Ingredients are fresh, nice combinations. Casual. Especially nice sitting outside. We arrived just before 8 pm on a Sunday and it was emptying out, so we had no wait. It looked like it... More

We sat outside on a quiet rainy night. The staff could not have been more accommodating. This is my wife's favorite restaurant. The speed of the service was slow but the food was pleasant.

Santa Fe has a lot of interesting restaurant choices. Most of them feature tasty food without much consideration of the patron's waistline. Vinaigrette is an exception. An emphasis on healthy choices--particularly unusual salads. Perhaps a little pricey for salad and the restaurant doesn't possess much ambience but quality of the food and number of choices is very good. I get... More

Most imaginative contemporary combinations of greens, etc, plus a half dozen of protein selections to meet your fancy for a great salad. Seating inside were mostly benches and picnic tables, not very comfortable. And, we spent over $40 per person there! Came during a very crowded Saturday night; and the kitchen was very slow. It's okay to come here once... More

Great casual place. Huge uniquely made salads at a fair price. We highly recommend this relatively new addition to Santa Fe.

I love Vinaigrette! It is my favorite place to go when visiting Santa Fe. I have loved everything I have ever had there. Last night I had a seasonal salad, the kale tabouli with grilled flank steak. Delicious. Last night was the first time that I have experienced slow (but not uncourteous) service. It took an hour to get our... More

This place is hip and fresh. I got the Cuban sandwich which is a total must. The flavor was amazing. It came with a side of omega salad which I also liked quite a bit. My wife got the Salacho? Salad with the chicken substitution. Way good and filling! We also tried the avocado soup which was way good. Our... More

We found this salad bistro after searching for healthy options in Santa Fe. Google maps had no trouble finding it and the decorated van out front is an easy landmark. When making reservations be sure to specify the patio for a great Santa Fe experience. We started with the mushroom caps and though small they were amazing. Blue cheese, bread... More

I was in the mood for a salad, and I'd seen the reviews that raved about their salads. So I decided to try it. Their building has a nice Pueblo adobe look, but it isn't in the best of neighborhoods, with a drunk homeless man out front. From the many different salad choices, I decided to play it safe with...
