We recently moved to Santa Fe from Marin County in California, and while we love southwestern food...we missed the Iighter fare we are used to in Northern California. Vinaigrette solved that problem! Not only is the food fresh, beautiful greens in the middle of a cold January as an example, but the combinations are well crafted and delicious. They do... More

As others have noted, Vinaigrette is a good choice for fresh, lighter fare in Santa Fe, especially if you're taking a break from heavier, traditional Northern New Mexico cuisine. Portion sizes run a bit small, especially when we're talking about entree salads. The quality is high, though, justifying the fairly high prices. The noise level in the restaurant can be... More

This is a great place for innovative salads. The food tends to be on the light side. I like being able to add a range of proteins and other goodies. I had the mushroom stew which was wonderful! Packed with several types of mushrooms it was Savory and satisfying. Also had the Greek salad with seared tuna. And added grilled... More

Over Thanksgiving weekend, when our family relished plates and platters of New Mexican cooking we came to an evening when all we wanted was good fresh vegetables in a salad. We were delighted with Vinaigrette. We ordered salads for adults and kids; all were happy.

It was the kind of restaurant I was looking for in Santa Fe. Both food and wine were great. Really enjoyed the experience.

Nice little salad and sandwich shop. Clean relaxed great service good food good value. We started with the roasted mustard new potatoes and Kayle fritters, both really pretty good. Next was the beet salad, the professor pear salad, mac & cheese and a custom salad. Everything was great we had the roasted potatoes. Check it out it's worth the trip.

We enjoyed the ABQ Vinaigrette and so we decided to try the SF location. A little smaller, SF-style architecture, but same great food. I had the mushroom stew and my wife had "I Yam What I Yam," a salad with shoestring sweet potato fries on top, as well as pomegranate seeds. She topped it with pork tenderloin. An excellent lunch... I had heard lots of praise for this place and it's always packed so I finally tried it. Ordered a cup of the soup of the day (white bean/andouille) and the harvest moon salad. The service was ok, the soup was ok, and the salad was just ok. But you had to compose each bite on your fork to get... More

The food here is fantastic. It is fresh, flavorful, colorful and easy to devour voraciously. I had the pork something or another my wife had something different. We cleaned our soup bowls and proceeded to clean our plates. It is on the pricier side of things, but I did not mind paying extra for the extra quality of food, decor... More

Lovely little restaurant with salads and much more. But the salads are creative with options for all of the proteins to add. Great atmosphere. Beer and wine.
