Great salads

This is all about vegetables and salads. Extremely light meals with additions of meats and seafoods if desired. There are a great selection of varietal salads with kale, frisee, all types of greens. You don't come here for a standard iceberg lettuce dish. The combos are very intriguing and... read more

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant with a good vegetable offering. Our hotel recommended Vinaigrette. What a great place. The outdoor patio is welcoming and the salads are delicious. Fresh and flavorful. The wait staff is on top of things. We enjoyed it so much for dinner that we later returned for lunch.

A great food adventure with seasonal and local produce. Good atmosphere with Spanish guitar on the patio.

I reviewed Vinaigrette 2 months ago and was very complimentary. We returned this week, arriving at about 8:15 p.m. on a week night. I again had the Asian salad with the added shrimp, and it was a different experience. The shrimp were barely above room temperature and were very tough, rubbery and tasteless - a disappointment after they had been... More

My husband and I enjoyed lunch at this airy light restaurant with a lovely patio. My beet and pistachio salad was wonderful and my husband's pea salad was beautiful. Both could have had a little more dressing for flavor. The menu said baby greens for both our salads, but it was actually spring mix

On a Santa Fe visit a few years ago we enjoyed Vinaigrette well enough to return several times. Once was enough on this trip, as both my Chipotle Chicken soup and my husband's Cuban Torta sandwich were greasy. Also had to ask a second time for bread to accompany the soup.

I had not eaten here at the Vinaigrette in a few years and was not expecting much based on my first visit. It has improved, both in service and quality of food when we ate dinner there. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and the presentation is near perfect. We had spinach salad with flank steak (very yummy) and a... More

My husband & I love salads & this place didn't disappoint. The food was very good, with more of a home-made than mass produced quality. The staff were very friendly. We had the Asian chopped pork tenderloin & the Cobb Salad; both very tasty. The IPA beers tasted a bit odd & we didn't particularly like the flavor, so would... More

I love salad. I just want to put that out there. This place does an amazing job creating intriguing and different salads from local and seasonal vegetables. I enjoy eating here indoors and out, and the waitstaff has always been very polite and friendly. If you don't want salad, you can enjoy a soup or a different kind of salad.
