I popped into this cafe for a cappuccino. Friendly service but the drink was very poor - couldn't taste the coffee at all and the milk wasn't frothed properly.

My husband and I were having a date in Santa Fe, walking around downtown and came across the Palacio Cafe. The menu looked interesting and for pricey Santa Fe the menu items were reasonable. The interior was welcoming, bright and cheery and the service fast. We ordered enchiladas with red chile and were delighted with the flavor and portion that... More

Our expectations were high for Palacio Cafe, after reading so many positive reviews. We were not disappointed. This place is special for many reasons: unpretentious and friendly owners, well-prepared and flavorful food, served in generous portions. I thought the green chile stew was perfection and my husband loved the cuban reuben so much that we returned for a second time... More

We stayed in Santa Fe 5 days, we had lunch in this wonderful cozy cafe three times!!! order green chilly soup and a panini (warm sandwich-beef ones strongly suggested) and this will literally make your day! not only the food was amazing but the staff was lovely too.

This small cafe is a new favorite! Everything we have tried has been great! Service is efficient yet personal and friendly. Prices are reasonable and portions generous! What more could you ask for?

Really, really good! Lots of salads, sandwiches, and soups selections. HUGE burgers which our grand-kids devoured. I had a wonderful salad followed by the Cuban Reuben - YUM! Hubby had the green chili stew and ate every bite. It only has a few tables and can get busy, but they do takeout. Location is across from the new Drury Plaza... More

We were looking for a place to eat lunch while in downtown Santa Fe near the Santa Fe Plaza. And we found Palacio Café just off the plaza. It didn’t look like much on the outside. It wasn’t crowded but the menu looked appealing. Also we weren’t aware of the great TripAdvisor ratings that this restaurant had before we entered.... More

My husband and I loved Palacio Cafe! We spent 2 days in Santa Fe and ended up eating here twice because on the first visit we were so full we did not have room to try the flan. The green chile stew was fabulous as was the tamale plate. On our second visit we did breakfast with a smothered burrito... More

We went to Santa Fe for an event at the History Museum. Since this place was only 2 blocks away, we thought we would try it. We did not want a big lunch, so that fact that half sandwiches combined with either soup or salad were options, was what got us in the door. However, each of us decided on... More
