It has been a long time since we found a "Gem" like this in Santa Fe. Intimate, well appointed, linen, napkin rings & real candles. High quality FRESH Seafood in Santa Fe WOW!!!. Chef Allan, serves an awesome meal. Everything is to perfection, portions, presentation, & pipping hot. I can't tell you, when I had a meal that I had... More

This was an anniversary dinner and I chose it from looking at Trip Advisor. Close to downtown...white linen tablecloths and oustanding and professional service. Interesting menu with some wild game entrees. I had crabcake and scallops with a few shrimp in a wonderful sauce. My wife enjoyed a fresh fish. Don't miss the Beet Carpaccio salad. Wowzer. Desserts ... well... More

After spending a week enjoying Southwestern / New Mexican cuisine we longed for something more traditional and classic. We walked around and read their menu and decided right away to go in. We received impeccable service, enjoyed good wine, and had remarkably fresh seafood, duck, and steak. The crab cake was incredibly almost 100% crab. There was nothing but the... More

We were drawn in by the garlic and steak smells wafting out the door! Looked good, and our expectations were met in every way. Fresh seafood flown in daily. Appetizers- golden beet salad (arugula wrapped in prosciutto)- yummy! Crab cakes were mild and tender, we asked for extra lemon. Main dishes-Sea bass was delicious and tender. Waiter suggested a vegetarian... More

This restaurant has been under new ownership for a few months and there is a wonderful energy in the dining room. The menu and wine lists shows a strong influence of Spain. The young chef displays a good imagination and a deft hand with herbs and spices. My husband and I shared a starter of grilled calamari that was delicious... More

We were visiting Santa Fe for the first time when we dined at Galisteo Bistro. We had reservations for 6pm, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner and he led us to our table. Our waiter, Laroh, was very attentive and suggested great wine pairings for our meals. Since it was our first time dining at... More

This was a restaurant that was recommended by our hotel front desk. We were wonderfully surprised. The quality of seafood was very good. We were on a girls weekend and my friend and I are both foodies. The kitchen is in the open which I like. The service was attentive and good. Small so would definitely recommend reservations, although we... More

We went to Galisteo because we won 2 gift cards in a raffle but we will defintely be back. The food was excellent. We both had the filet mignon after sharing two appetizers: the tuna and the shrimp. We each had salads and desserts as well. All the food was great with the only exception of the potatoes we had... More
