Again a treat!

We had a great evening at Galisteo Bistro. We have been here 3 times and keep coming back because it is that good! The meals are crafted to perfection. Each component on the plate was a compliment to the other. Each plate was built to WoW the senses. And the wines and beer were quite unique and... read more

We come to Santa Fe often, 4 or 5 times a year. We have given this place 3 tries and each time it was a disappointment for different reasons. So it is now permanently off our list. It comes down to a restaurant which is very poorly managed. And if you have a complaint, the owner disappears and send to... More

Admittedly we chose Galisteo Bistro because we had a 25% off coupon. From start to finish, it was a delightful evening. The waiter was entertaining and attentive, and the food was divine; we had lemon sole, scallops, and shared a salad. The only reason I would not give it five stars is because the atmosphere wasn't quite as cozy as... More

Our second visit to this little gem this year and we were as enthused as ever over the casual ambiance, most attentive service and menu scope for such a quaint, small establishment. The seafood dishes are innovative with some intriguing sauces; the duck and game also have their special preparations here. Great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary too!!

This small restaurant on a Santa Fe side street offers a surprising variety of menu choices. We had grilled tilefish with a mango salsa served over black rice pilaf and asparagus, with peteroles for dessert. The service was prompt but unobtrusive. This would be a lovely spot for an intimate dinner.

Reasonable restaurant with very good food. .The price fixed dinner was a good choice for me , and I was able to share both my salad and dessert with my wife as she ordered ala carte.entree. The wait staff was very attentive and service was good . I would recommend this restaurant.

We had dinner with a group of about 20 people. The service was very good and the food was wonderfully delicious. The tastes are pleasingly surprising. The portions are just right. The restaurant has a good atmosphere and seems to be a favorite place for couples. We enjoyed everything from calamari and squid appetizers to the salads to the perfectly... More

We we're in Santa Fe visiting friends, and are so glad they introduced us to Galisteo. We could tell the staff had taken the time to know their return customers, and we were treated royally. The wine and beer offerings are selective and good quality. The menu is wonderful, and each dish came out visually appealing and delicious. I think... More

We have been here three different times since moving to town. Their wine selection's superb and reasonably priced. We have had many of the food items and have never been disappointed. Bottom line, anything you order you will be pleased.

This place is a small, undiscovered restaurant in downtown Santa Fe, but it was truly one of the best meals we've had in a very long time. The wait staff was knowledgable, the wine list was great, and the food.......well, it was truly amazing. Can't recommend this place highly enough!
