How could this excellent bistro be rated so low on Trip Advisor? Makes me question your "advise". We had a wonderful dinner here tonight and will return on Sunday. That alone says how much we enjoy this dining experience. I will be most happy to give a more detailed review later. I just can't see how this restaurant shouldn't be... More

Unfortunately I discovered this restuarant a day before departing Santa Fe. This was the best meal I had in my week stay in Santa Fe. Service, ambiance and most importantly great food!

My wife and I are celebrating 35 year wedding anniversary and decided to go to Galisteo Bistro and had a awesome meal. Staff was very friendly and engaged with us at a perfect level. The salads were to die for, I had the Bison Short ribs and they were perfectly prepared and melted in your mouth. If your in Sante... More

This is a lovely quiet place. The servers are attentive. We had the short ribs and scallops both entrees were wonderful. The wine list is also very good. I would go back to this place anytime.

For the second year in a row, we ate at Gallisteo Bistro and we weren't disappointed. Great oysters, very good Skate, and great service.

We had the 'tapas' which were delicious. We had the lamb and a salad and that was just the right amount. The wine list was decent. Would go back again.

Four of us had dinner. Portions were large, especially the 'pizza'. The entrees were very good, except the filet, which was not done correctly and was cold. The staff offered another serving, and eventually it was comped, to the goodwill of the owner.

My husband and I ate there a few nights ago. Lovely small restaurant. I wanted a light dinner, so chose a "tapas" appetizer and salad. My appetizer of lamb turned out to be unavailable (HUGE disappointment), and instead of the spinach salad I ordered, I received a mixed spring salad. I was so hungry that I didn't say anything to... This was the second time I ate at this fine dining establishment, and it was every bit as good as the first time. Everyone gets treated like a VIP here. The service is efficient, friendly, and professional, and the food is exceptional. The tournedos were fork-tender and amazingly flavorful---the best I've ever tasted.

Went here because the Sold Out sign attracted us and we booked for the next night. Attentive service, excellent food and vibrant attractive atmosphere. Perhaps the best meal I have had in the States, Cant wait to go back. Not cheap but you pay for quality and we will definitely return
