We read about this place in the Lonely Planet guide and after a long day trip to Taos and the area, put it into the GPS on our way home. To our surprise, it turned out to be very conveniently located just off the highway into town from the north. The cafe doesn't look like much from the outside but... More

Our daughter suggested this restaurant and it was a great experience. We all enjoyed our food which was just unique enough to make it interesting, but not trying so hard that it was obnoxious. The service was very good. We sat outside and that was nice too. Very enjoyable on all counts and not overly expensive.

A friend had us meet him for lunch at this cafe and it was very busy. Hardly a table free as they are quite popular so we ended up eating at the bar and the food was pretty good altho not exceptional or memorable. They had a lot of variety on the menu and it is popular with the local... More

It was a beautiful sunny morning in October to have a delicious breakfast out on the deck/sitting area. I had the Huevos Rancheros and loved them.

I feel bad writing a bad review. I never do it. But this really wasn't good. Very greasy and not even close to flavorful enough to be worth it. Coffee tastes like brown water…. yikes. Don't go here. Sorry. :(

I live right down the street from this cafe and have eaten there many many times. While it can get a little pricey depending on what you order, I have never been disappointed by the food. More often than not, it's better than I'm expecting. And yes, their tres leches is amazing!

This is a lovely little restaurant in an unexpected place. Parking is interpretational, but available, especially if you are creative (you will see). Service is first class. The place will be crowded when you get there, trust me. But, the wait time is short. Our meal was simple, so I can't speak for much on the menu except for the... More

This busy little place served up a phenomenal Heirloom Tomato Salad when I dropped by for lunch one day on my recent stay in Santa Fe. This un-assuming restaurant located on a side street off the beaten path seemed to have a large following, to judge from the lunch-time crowds of both eat-in and take-out customers. A hidden gem, indeed!

Noisy, with a decidedly local crowd. Everything was terrific. My wife went with the fresh Atlantic Salmon special. Now who orders Atlantic salmon in New Mexico. Well, my wife did and it was excellent. I had a good tortilla soup and a very good braised pork tacos. Service was friendly and good. In fact, the other patrons were quite friendly,... More

Definitely a funky, local spot with excellent food! The beef burgers were delicious; the lamb burger was very tasty; the burger with cheddar and green chile added was just yummy! The fries were freshly prepared and NOT out of any freezer bag! The wine list is extensive, and although they looked allowed the place for the port, it was not... More
