Superb Cubano!

Visiting from Portland, I had a hankering for a Cubano and a good draft ale. The Tune Up was able to provide both in a funky and friendly atmosphere. From start to finish, the staff are on their game, whether it's bringing your food or pointing you to the second W/C. Well worth a repeat visit.

This is a repeat stop for us every time we are in town. Set in a neighborhood, it's popularity helps customers find it easily. We have had many breakfasts here and always outstanding. Order at the counter and find a seat at a community table or private booth. Small but mighty! All great food!

My mom and I just finished dinner here and we loved it. I had the flat iron steak, served with grilled green chiles, pinto beans with crema, guacamole, and pico de gallo. The steak was incredible, medium rare, juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside. Mom had the mole enchiladas. They were sweet and spicy and everything nice. We... More

Tune Up is a popular neighborhood restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The menu includes classic American (hamburgers), Salvadoran (pupusas), New Mexican (burritos) and home-made desserts. There are items for children, as well. The quality of the food, is inconsistent, though never less than average at it's worst. Noise levels can be unpleasant at peak... More

My boyfriend and I ate here and must say the food was just so so if even that. I thought the food was much better when it was Dave's Not Here, also it didn't look very clean. If you're in the area and working that's one thing but as a tourist there are better places to get good New Mexican... More

I love the vegetable tamales at Tune-up, that is if nothing catches my attention on the specials board - they have some of the most delicious specials in town, and I can always find a vegetarian option. The inside can be a bit crowded in winter, but once that patio is open, its the perfect spot.

Husband and I tried this place on a friend's recommendation. Super good! Portions are large, chile is delicious, OJ was large and yummy... All good things. The patio was awesome, small, but comfy. Altogether, great place with friendly service and great food.

Knew about this place from a couple who live in Santa Fe. Off the beaten path but great food. A great place to people watch. Ate here twice in one week.

The service and the food were very good. Tune Up is as unique as Santa Fe. Cafe is tucked away and is unassuming. The inside feels very comfortable yet small. When you go to leave, you'll be glad you went! Good eats!

Really not much to say--just mediocre food. I had the goat cheese, zucchini and spinach omelet and it was fine. Could have used some herbs to make the flavor more enticing. My husband's green chile burger was a good burger but the green chiles didn't have much flavor. The best thing there were our son's chocolate chip pancakes. Had really... More
