Satisfying Mexican Food

Sure it is a little touristy, but can't complain about the food! Richard was our server and he was personable and great service. We had the Green Chile Burrito and Pollo Adobo, both were VERY good. Can't complain about the Margarita either. Decor was fun. Dining was roomy. Convenient in the... read more

We didn't have reservations, but we put our name in and only had to wait about 5 minutes on a Monday night at 7pm. The atmosphere is great fun, the waiters nice, the food is good. We had the infamous enchiladas and burritos with red sauce. A bit boring, but it's spicy hot - you can control it somewhat by... More

It is our custom to always eat at The Shed on our first night in Santa Fe. It was as good as always and the service (Andy) was excellent. Their red chile is deep, smokey and warm. The green chile is the best that I have had anywhere and it is hot. We had the enchilada plate with one cheese/red... More

You've got to have a reservation!!!! It's popular, even for lunch. Friendly staff, wonderful food, entrance is inside a courtyard 1/2 block off the Plaza.

We waited about an hour for lunch on a recent Saturday not knowing what to expect as we were new to the Santa Fe scene. The wait was well worth it. The restaurant is much bigger than it looks and the ambience eclectic (which I love). The food was well worth the wait. Tried the red and green sauces (Christmas... More

Another excellent lunch at The Shed in Santa Fe. We have never had a bad meal and our service has always been excellent. This restaurant is frequented by some exciting and well known folks. The Shed is usually quite busy so be prepared for a wait in the courtyard area. A great place to become acquainted with others.

A visit to Santa Fe isn't complete without a meal at The Shed. Be sure to try the many fantastic margaritas.

My greatest praise of The Shed ... & I have been many times over the years before finally sitting down now to Review our JUL 2015 Lunch ... is that the owners have NOT yet put a satellite near our home! If they were to do so, I would end up @ either Lunch or Dinner there almost every day... More

I had lunch here after someone recommended it. There was a long wait for a table and I found a place at the counter right away. Had the Fish Tacos which were excellent and my first helping of Calabacitas which I love now and have as often as I can find it. I had a Margarita which is great. They... More

When we arrive in Santa Fe it has become our tradition to eat at the Shed as it is located within the downtown plaza and just oozes Santa Fe spirit. And, of course, we have to start our day off with the red/green chili that lasts into the week as we explore other restaurants to see who does it best.... More
