We had to wait about 30 min and retrospectively, I am not sure that it really worth it. The place is cute, the food is average.

I wasn here for lunch. I had the Chicken Enchilada Plate, two chicken, cheese and onions on blue corn tortillas with pinto beans and posole. I don't like really hot food so I didn't have any chile (you can have red or green) and I LOVED it! The flavor was fantastic! Our waiter was very helpful and fast. Cute place.... More

The Shed is nestled in a little courtyard off of Palace Street. We were there on a cold January day so we couldn't experience outdoor dining, but I can only imagine how delightful it would be. We had a very good lunch - enchiladas and tacos with both green chile and red sauces. Boy, were they spicy! You need a... More

My husband and I love to take day trips to Santa Fe often and when we do we love to eat here! The atmosphere is fun, the staff is friendly and the food is wonderful! I would recommend this place for a fun date night or family outing. Bonus- if you have to wait for a table there are fun... More

Have been dining here for over 30 years. When planning a trip to Santa Fe just set your GPS to the Shed. You will not be disappointed. Have the Number 5!

We have eaten at the shed during our Santa Fe stays for at least 20 years and have always loved it. Because we had a longer stay this time and for some reason did not want to eat there "every" night, we tried some other local restaurants that were recommended to us. Well, let's just say next time we will... More

Yes, there is a wait but it is so worth it. Great Margaritas. We had enchiladas (blue corn, or course). Lots of melted cheese. The green chili sauce is not too spicy. The red has a little more kick to it. The portions are generous. There is only room to split a dessert when you are done. make sure the... More

I first came here in the 70s, and the food is as good as ever. Blue corn enchiladas, chicken enchiladas, delicious posole, pinto beans, guacamole, and margaritas. Their red and green chili are both very good. I love the rambling rooms, with low doorways; the walls are hung with New Mexico art. Excellent service.
