Make your reservations well in advance for this popular restaurant. We arrived at 6:00 and found the restaurant packed but were seated immediately for our reservation. When we left at 7:30 there was a one hour wait. It's a fun menu with something for everyone. The margaritas were good. The food well prepared and nicely presented. It was a more... More

The Shed has been one of the best Santa Fe restaurants for many years. Their chile is always delicious, great atmosphere and service. The #4 has always been my go-to meal. Be prepared to wait in the summer for a table.

Green chile chicken enchiladas are outstanding. Chile is just right - not too hot and the wait staff is friendly and fast.

I have lived in Santa Fe all my life (61 years). The Shed continues to be one of my favorite restaurants. I always order the red chile (the best) enchilada. They serve garlic bread with the meals. There is a waiting period to get in.

I've been going to The Shed for over 40 years. Now a popular tourist destination, you will have to wait for a table, but once inside and eating a wonderful blue cheese & walnut salad, mushroom soup, blue corn red chile cheese enchiladas , the special garlic bread, and topping it off with the mocha cake, you won't be disappointed.... This is a local favorite. The chili is hot and the deserts are excellent. I you can't handle hot the mushroom soup is quite tasty and there are a couple of good salads. I like like the bleu cheese and pecans.

It's your first trip to Santa Fe. You want to experience the best in casual dining. You want to experience the best in green chile cuisine. Step no further than the steps of Palace Avenue and The Shed. It's been a Santa Fean staple for decades. No visit is complete without a breakfast or lunch at The Shed. Never disappoints.

I had the enchilada plate which was real tasty. It's a little different from traditional New Mexico food but still good. If your not sure you can handle the chili, get it on the side. If you want good service, just ask for Carlos. Best to make reservations for dinner or it will be a wait.

Best Mexican Food in Santa Fe. Sooo Good . I eat there when I can get in. It is best to go 30 minutes early to get in. Nice atmosphere. Good service and excellent food. Best enchiladas in Santa. Parking up the street. It is near the plaza.

I think you will like the Shed..located downtown. Must get there early or late..best to call to see wait time. Always seems to be busy. The food taste fresh, local New Mexican style. I love the green chile.
